We have been going there for years and from day 1 we have always had such a warm welcome from Sandra and indeed all the staff. They always go that extra mile to make our stay great and so helpful allowing our dog to stay with us too. Great parking and discount from local restaurants.

Only 1 very tiny thing......it would be great to have tea and coffee facilities in the room......I realise this would cost more but it would help not to have to take our own with us.

we had no problems at all with this site , great VFM, clean ,comfortable very nice staff both on late arrival and morning. will with out doubt stay again when in the area.

the breakfast buffet was a bit cramped in one corner and with a busy service was a bit congested. perhaps more surface area could be installed, possible a centre unit for the drinks, coffee, tea etc and have the food on the back and corner wall. this is not a ccriticisum and should be read as a potential improvement

Very convenient for the motorway but very near Montlucon. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful and always try and understand my French…..but they all speak excellent English. Breakfast very good price with enormous selection of continental breakfast…..superb! Rooms are a very good size with a spacious shower room. Spotlessly clean …..we have stayed in many Ace hotels but this is the best one by far !

Always stay at an Ace hotel if possible. They have perfect locations for passing through France The staff at every location we have ever been are always so polite & friendly. Refreshing as a guest to arrive to a great welcome.

Why is BBC TV the Northern Ireland version? Weird! Especially as the morning we were there was the results of UK elections 🙄 & we only got Irish results! Not a big complaint just thought it odd 🤔

Booked the hotel en route 15 minutes before staying there. The hotel was ok, standard like Holiday Inns but good just for a stop-over. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

It cracked us up, as we weren't allowed to take glasses up to our room to enjoy our Prosecco, yet the windows opened very wide, wide enough for you to jump or fall out of, particularly a child. I kind of don't like being treated like I'm 5. The next hotel we went to even provided glasses already in our room, and a glass bottle of water!

Great breakfast. Nice cosy rooms. Staff very helpful. Really professional check in staff. Easy if travelling south on Autoroute. There is shopping complex nearby with range of food. Bar etc.

Perhaps time of year, not so many places to eat, if you don’t want to walk in freezing fog. 🌫️

We had a very comfortable one night stay. The receptionist lady was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and found me an extra pillow when I requested it. The car park was secure and there was a convenient "Boucherie" restaurant nearby. We slept well and breakfast (cereal, toast and plentiful coffee) was perfect to get us on the road again.

quick easy check in with friendly staff room was good size, beds and pillows very comfortable it would be a perfect room if it had tea/coffee making facilities, they are always a bonus, even if it means we have to pay a few euros extra per night.

a larger selection of cereal and fruit yoghurts would have been good, during our travelling this was the most expensive breakfast with the smallest selection of food

This is a great hotel and the staff make it the wonderful place it is. Thanks once again to Sandra who sorted everything so efficiently for us including extra pillows and a kettle for making our tea. Many thanks to all the brilliant staff.

Over all very comfy staff very helpful eg Jeramie was very helpful on arrival,,bedroom was equipped and excellent value would deffo stay again there ,, easy to find great location for what we needed and restaurants so close by.

Beds could be higher , and the breakfast room needed another coffee machine gets busy more so room to move around the food would make it more comfy to eat, and the croisssants were a bit dry,,
