The Hotel Acapulco exceeded my expectations. The hotel is somewhat older, but for me that is a positive as this added atmosphere and character for a unique stay. The rooms are large and I was fortunate to enjoy a view of the garden from my balcony. The location is great, near the university quarter and a short walk from the cathedral. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be sure my needs were met. Breakfast was very good and well worth the money.

The location was perfect to explore Montpelier, just a 15 minute walk to the centre.The Tram was only a five minute walk. The hotel is very rustic with a lot of charm. The breakfast was very basic but good quality.

There are no lifts so having to carry luggage up two flights of steep stairs was a challenge. The rooms could do with being updated. It was 3euro for a small bottle of water. There was no drink making facilities in the room, the nearest cafe was an 8 minute walk.

We stayed in room 11, very clean, furniture not so modern, but we had everything we needed. Bathroom very clean, AC working, hot water immediately. It has everything expected for a 2-star hotel.

The tables in the courtyard could be kept cleaner so guests can easily have breakfast in the bamboo garten. Newer foam pillows would have been ideal

Excellent location, decent price, fine comfort. A fine place to stay overnight before a meeting downtown or at university.

Latest arrival time 8 PM and a procedure for a later arrival (not tested): not a problem but always a bit of a concern. Staff was waiting longer than needed and more than helpful to accommodate for a close-to-late arrival.

The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We arrived late so she figured out a way for us to enter the hotel without any obstacle. There was air conditioning that helped during the warm nights in Montpellier. The bed was comfortable enough for our 2-night-stay. It was not that far from the old town part, 10 mins by foot.

It was not that well equipped, but you can manage and i really think if we were in need of something (like a hairdryer or extra pillow) the lovely receptionist would help us with that.

The pleasant and helpful hostess clued us in to a nearby stadium and adjacent bus stop. It's an older but well-maintained hotel in a residential neighborhood, a bit out of the center but an easy walk from nearly everything.

With a second floor room and heavy luggage, an elevator would have been welcome.

The location was great and the room was nice. Overall, it's the best hotel to stay cause' it's perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing as it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still reachable by public transport to and from the attractions 👍👍👍👍👍

The wifi was also good, but sometimes unstable. It's okay since you can still stream the internet after a few minutes disconnected. Overall, the internet was fine ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good location, good price and friendly staff. Location is good for the money about 10-15 minutes walk from the center with good bus and tram connections. Room was clean

A bit tired but for the price and location i think its very reasonable

The host was welcoming and helped me find a room to avoid stairs. The location and style is French traditional which suits me. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. The hotel is convenient to the Philippines stop on Tram Line 4 from the rail station. Buy a 24 hour tram pass for around 4€.
