I stayed at ibis Styles Montpellier Centre Comédie for about a week while traveling for work, and I had a great experience. The room was nicely sized, clean, and comfortable — I never felt cramped, even during a longer stay. The location is fantastic, just a block from the city center, which made getting around super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return the next time I’m in Montpellier.

Breakfast was fairly simple — mostly cold items with no hot food — but it seemed in line with a more traditional French breakfast, and it worked fine for me.

Very small parking spaces and not very clear directions to get through the pedestrian area to hotel, They should tell you to ring the hotel when you arrive at the pedestrian zone barrier so they can open it for you, After the first time when we got token the procedure there was no problem

Ideal location to city center and to all major points of interest. Breakfast was good.

Hotel parking not so ideal. Too tight but manageable. Access to the hotel by car cumbersome due to city restrictions. Not sure if it was temporary. However, the staff was very helpful to assist on how to access.

Location was perfect. Very friendly staff, clean room and decent breakfast.

It was a risk of being in the centre; noise from partying people till late in the evening ( not night). Further the garbage collector came too early in the morning. But nothing at fault of the hotel.

Parking arrangement slightly confusing. Ibis is a hotel chain and there are plenty of those in the vicinity. While staff from either Ibis they should all be helpful, they are in fact competing franchisees who ambush clients, mislead them with directions and instructions. Clients have nothing to do with internal staff struggles.

Central location to town centre

A real problem getting to the hotel in the centre of town. We took over an hour to find our way through all the diversions. Would recommend you avoid this hotel if you are arriving by car. Very difficult, the underground parking is difficult to access. Very tight manoeuvre’s. Would challenge many.

The location is excellent, and having parking onsite is vital in the old town. Staff kindly gave us ice from the bar to take to our room.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic - too many people trying to serve themselves in limited space, and the fresh orange squeezer broke down three times! It made a queue build up, with the poor waitress running back and forth to fix it.

Not your fault but Saturday night fever gave us a bad night. Very noisy outside with loud music till very late. Breakfast room rather small and traffic jam when a large group of tourists arrived at same time.

Very nice breakfast with many options. Hotel nicely situated close to everything in a quite area. Nice & spacious room. Nice with possibility of free cold water & a the or coffee break during the day.

Breakfast, value, space, location and kid friendliness were all 10/10. Would definitely recommend to anyone, but if you have small kids don’t hesitate! They have a scavenger hunt just for the kids with prizes! It can’t be beat!
