I had a good stay at this centrally located hotel, easily accessible after a brief orientation and a few stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, both at the reception and in the breakfast area. While the restaurant’s opening hours might vary during the week (evenings), I appreciated the options nearby. Rooms near the driveway or smoking area may experience more noise if sensible, but the good windows effectively block out disturbances at night. Overall, the hotel was clean and inviting, though I did miss some cozy amenities like body lotion. A great choice for a relaxed stay!

This Hotel was a big surprise, it felt very welcoing and the rooms were simple but very comfortable, the Restaurant was a huge surprise and we enjoyed a really nice dinner there. Breakfast too was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate staying at this hotel again. It was also very close to Montpellier Centre. Highly recommeneded

There is nothing I didn't like

The proximity of the hotel to all the sights and shops/bars/restaurants was very convenient and at the same time was remarkably quiet during the night. The car park was useful though there is a charge for it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not the most attractive of buildings but a good sized room with modern facilites

Good location close to Comédie square and the old town and the station. Clean room, small gym, all amenities you need.

It was quite confusing finding the hotel by foot from the station.

Near centre of town, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff

Surrounding area of hotel not good due to large number of homeless people living in car park and behind nearby Polygone centre. We were approached a number of times which I wouldn't have been comfortable with had I been on my own. The area and access to hotel from shopping centre and Place Comedie not well maintained which is a shame.

I was upgraded to a Prestige room, possibly due to my negative comments a month ago, when I also stayed overnight before a hospital appointment! The difference between a standard room (and various small problems therein) and the Prestige room was enormous! I appreciated the difference, especially the bathroom with walk-in shower!

Still tired carpets in hallways and backstairs!

The hotel is execptional, centrum..all new..and the best now they have gym..i love this hotel!
