Great location to allow easy access to the city, very comfortable rooms and a lovely roof top bar, restaurant and pool to give you an oasis in the city but the real difference is the staff, they were absolutely excellent. In particular Marie who handled our check in and was so warm and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable about the hotel, they were absolutely city and how we could make the most of our visit. It really is the staff like Marie that make the difference and keep customers loyal to a hotel or brand.

Navigating your way in isn’t the easiest but thank god for Waze. Parking is easy in the adjacent mall but should be part of the room rate when it costs 17 euro a day.

This hotel is particularly well located for anyone arriving by car, as it is just outside the old city and provides parking space (I would discourage anyone from trying to drive in the old city centre). There is also a swimming pool on the top floor, in case you need to cool off on the hot summer days, and a small spa. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. However, the best thing about the hotel are its staff, who are all young professionals eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible: they took care of our car, booked a restaurant for us and provided all the assistance we could wish for!

Arriving by car can be an adventure: make sure to find the hotel lobby on Google maps or any other app, head straight there and let the valet do the rest, otherwise you will end up driving around in circles or having to negotiate the car park of the huge shopping centre next door (which is what we did, but the hotel staff still managed to fix that for us). Perhaps the hotel could consider using clearer signs to guide drivers, or sending a set of instructions to people arriving by car. Also, the bedrooms could use a makeover.

Everything! The spa, gym, sauna and steam and just perfect. We spent so long there and it was so quiet even on the weekend. The rooms are lovely The hotel is modern and kept very clean and well. They let us check in early as we flew in at 9am. We were in our room by 11am which is unheard of. Most hotels make you wait till about 3pm. They also let us check out late on departure day. They let us leave at 3pm with no charge which again other hotels. Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel! Amazing stay, amazing staff, amazing time!

What a great hotel! We had an exceptionally warm welcome from the hotel reception who collected all our luggage, took it to the room and even parked our car for us. We were only staying for one night and the reception staff went out of their way to help us navigate around Montpellier and booked a restaurant for us. The hotel was in an excellent location, easy to get to by car and a short stroll away from the centre of town with all it's bars, shops and restaurants. Facilities were great, the room was fine and the bed really comfy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as the town was so close we went there for croissant and coffee in the square.

It is as you'd expect a Corporate style hotel, which was fine for us for our stay in Montpellier. It has a great location, literally next door to a shopping mall and with easy walking distance to all the things you'd want to see in Montpellier. About 15 mins walk to the river where there are lots of bars and restaurants and then in the other direction about 20 mins walk from the aqueduct and arc de triumph (in the old town). Very friendly staff, dog friendly too, which is great. Dog walking area nearby - 2 mins from hotel. Awesome roof top pool, bar and restaurant which was blissfully not crowded and very relaxing. Awesome place to sit and enjoy a cocktail at sunset with all the exotic birds flying around in the tops of the trees next to the hotel. Really good room set up with deep bath (and shower above), Fridge in room and water provided. Really comfy bed and pristine sheets and towels. Great TV. Great parking (valet). As an extra bonus there's a fantastic patisserie right opposite (next to the service station) that is open from 6.30am most mornings.

The lifts were working oddly on the day we were there, lifts supposed to be going down were going up and visa versa. Also, as with most hotels, bit stingy on the tea/coffee facilities.

The hotel is pleasant and very centrally located with helpful staff. The room was big, well-stocked with drinks and the bed was massive and very comfortable. Downstairs there is a very good spa, with a very large jacuzzi pool to sit in and a very good steam room and sauna. The small attached gym had some beautifully designed equipment which I'd have loved to use. Having this available was most welcome after a couple of days doing a lot of walking and was a great feature of the hotel. The rooftop seemed nice but maybe had an event on so was busy. All in all, it was a lovely place to spend a night in Montpellier.

It's slightly oddly located on the back of the shopping mall with the fastest way into town being an exit through the carpark.

The breakfast was exceptional, very unique with high quality choices and produce. Location was also very handy. Easy time walk to the old town. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Rooftop pool was small but perfectly formed!

Like with any hotel or rental they really could do one tiny improvement, add more hooks for damp towels! There were only 2 hooks in our room. We could have used 6 more!

The hotel was centrally located, clean and large rooms. The rooftop pool area was lovely. Breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were all so helpful and friendly- an especially thank you to the older lady breakfast- always smiling and friendly, also to Tom on reception - helpful and friendly.

Only bugbear was that it was a bit unclear what you couldn’t eat at the cheaper express breakfast- yougurt but no fruit?

Excellent comfort in the hotel, beautiful spa and great service and food in the rooftop restaurant.

We were not shown around the hotel and had to discover the stunning spa for ourselves after a couple of days. Also we were not made aware of the quick lift access to the excellent shopping centre, only the lengthy escalators. Room configuration with separate toilet and bathroom was tight.

Very well placed for the beautiful old town . Comfortable room and kept very clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The facilities were great - nice rooftop pool, the spa was a treat and great gym area too. We hired a car and used the p-tram for overnight parking or the shopping centre carpark under the hotel.
