Everything! The spa, gym, sauna and steam and just perfect. We spent so long there and it was so quiet even on the weekend. The rooms are lovely The hotel is modern and kept very clean and well. They let us check in early as we flew in at 9am. We were in our room by 11am which is unheard of. Most hotels make you wait till about 3pm. They also let us check out late on departure day. They let us leave at 3pm with no charge which again other hotels. Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel! Amazing stay, amazing staff, amazing time!

What a great hotel! We had an exceptionally warm welcome from the hotel reception who collected all our luggage, took it to the room and even parked our car for us. We were only staying for one night and the reception staff went out of their way to help us navigate around Montpellier and booked a restaurant for us. The hotel was in an excellent location, easy to get to by car and a short stroll away from the centre of town with all it's bars, shops and restaurants. Facilities were great, the room was fine and the bed really comfy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as the town was so close we went there for croissant and coffee in the square.

It is as you'd expect a Corporate style hotel, which was fine for us for our stay in Montpellier. It has a great location, literally next door to a shopping mall and with easy walking distance to all the things you'd want to see in Montpellier. About 15 mins walk to the river where there are lots of bars and restaurants and then in the other direction about 20 mins walk from the aqueduct and arc de triumph (in the old town). Very friendly staff, dog friendly too, which is great. Dog walking area nearby - 2 mins from hotel. Awesome roof top pool, bar and restaurant which was blissfully not crowded and very relaxing. Awesome place to sit and enjoy a cocktail at sunset with all the exotic birds flying around in the tops of the trees next to the hotel. Really good room set up with deep bath (and shower above), Fridge in room and water provided. Really comfy bed and pristine sheets and towels. Great TV. Great parking (valet). As an extra bonus there's a fantastic patisserie right opposite (next to the service station) that is open from 6.30am most mornings.

The lifts were working oddly on the day we were there, lifts supposed to be going down were going up and visa versa. Also, as with most hotels, bit stingy on the tea/coffee facilities.

The hotel is pleasant and very centrally located with helpful staff. The room was big, well-stocked with drinks and the bed was massive and very comfortable. Downstairs there is a very good spa, with a very large jacuzzi pool to sit in and a very good steam room and sauna. The small attached gym had some beautifully designed equipment which I'd have loved to use. Having this available was most welcome after a couple of days doing a lot of walking and was a great feature of the hotel. The rooftop seemed nice but maybe had an event on so was busy. All in all, it was a lovely place to spend a night in Montpellier.

It's slightly oddly located on the back of the shopping mall with the fastest way into town being an exit through the carpark.

Excellent comfort in the hotel, beautiful spa and great service and food in the rooftop restaurant.

We were not shown around the hotel and had to discover the stunning spa for ourselves after a couple of days. Also we were not made aware of the quick lift access to the excellent shopping centre, only the lengthy escalators. Room configuration with separate toilet and bathroom was tight.

Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Fantastic location on the doorstep of multiple points of interest. Extremely convenient parking in the garage of the adjacent mall (once you figure it out you can enter and leave through the mall parking garage without even going outside. Beautiful views from the restaurant on the top floor.

Its a bit pricey, Parking is an additional charge. Parking instructions are non-existent on the website, and it's confusing--there is some signage in the underground garage, but not enough. I suppose if you called first you could get instructions.

The staff is just amazing, helpful and attentive. The parking you don’t need to worry about as there is a valet parking. They also can charge your car if you have EV electric car. The breakfast was really good, and happens on the top floor so you may get nice views of weather permits (there is outside patio). Rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel is lovely, it’s just been fitted out again and so looks brand new. The rooms are great and the rooftop pool and restaurant are nice. The location is good, it’s in a quiet area but only 5 mins walk to the Place de la comedie, and the staff can’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We were travelling with dogs and so when you add up the extra charge for the dogs, plus car park it gets a bit pricey.

Staff were very polite, approachable and helpful. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well (no noise or other issues from the outside)! Bathroom was sufficiently large (compared to the toilet) and the place felt clean. We could also easily walk to the city centre with a tram stop just next to the hotel. The underground parking with a door leading to the reception was really convienent. Roof top restaurant with a small pool if you are in a mood to not move around.

Personally, I found the toilet was a little small for the price, that said it was seperate from the bathroom, so a plus for hygiene.

exceptional, everything was to a high standard and i imagine the price reflects the location so based on that it was fantastic.

the actual gym is okay - maybe a better multigym and actual kettlebells. The running machine was cool the bike also okay. but i imagine you don't stay there for the gym so it is none essential really. The spa facilities are top!!!
