The location was excellent, in a nice old building. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning was great in the hot summer! They even had a small elevator for taking your luggage up, which was much appreciated.

I had only one minor issue -- I was usually still in the room when they came to clean, which was fine, but even on days where they came in after to change towels, make the bed, etc., they didn't leave additional toilet paper! It would be nice if there were always two rolls handy in the bathroom.

It is very conveniently located, close to the station and to the centre. The receptionists were very kind and helpful.

The room was very small, without a fridge and the breakfast was rather disappointing. A closed and dark room in which we were given some packed butter and cheese. The receptionist brought a basket with bread and a yougurt.

The receptionists were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. Also the location, really close to the train station and close to the center, made it the perfect choice.

The streets leading to the hotel were extremely dirty. Also some guests were really loud when coming back at night. But for none of that is the hotel to blame. So I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is within very easy walking distance of the train station, but far enough away that it’s not noisy. It’s also located close to Place de la Comédie (the main square with a beautiful fountain) and the Polygone shopping center. The bathroom was very small, but I chose one of the cheapest rooms so it was still a great value for the price. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is very well situated very close to the central place and near all the caffees and place de la Comedie, on a quiet street, accesible by public transportations. Rooms where very clean we stay just for one night there The city was amazing, totally worth visiting

It would have been great to have in the room a kettle, and some basic stuff as cups and spoons, as the persons from the reception were not happy to share with us 2 spoons and 2 cups :D

Really friendly woman at the desk! She helped us with our bags, and let us store our bikes. We were so grateful. The room was cool and clean, and comfortable. We didn't get a balcony room, which looked really nice, but you have to pay more for that. All in all, we were satisfied. Good value for money!

Location was great, easy to get to from public transport, close to supermarkets and restaurants in town. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was bit small! Wish we had a fridge to use!

Quiet location on a side street. Good position for train station and city centre. Excellent value for money.

The rooms were clean, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The staff spoke excellent English and provided helpful suggestions as to what to see in the city. We were also able to enjoy our wine in the common space, which was very pleasant. The breakfast was good.

The elevator was tiny, so getting all the luggage up to the rooms took us a few trips.
