- Staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very attentive - Facilities were super clean, all the time. It's rare that during cleaning services they vacuum thoroughly, on top of that the cleaning supervisor would occasionally check in to see if more amenities were required or any last minute request - Breakfast is 22 Euros but it's delicious, the source the best of all local products and have them available during breakfast - Room was so spacious, it was like a small apartment - Check-in early was accommodated free of charge - Staff would always greet us every time we would arrive and leave - Location is 2 minute walk from main downtown plaza, and 30 second walk to Train Station

I liked everything. This place is solid, and the rates through booking are vastly better than booking directly with the hotel.

Really so impressed with the hotel. Especially love the bar/cafe - fab ambiance, great place to hang out in the day or evening. Singular negative is the breakfast which I find just a bit limited and comparatively poor in terms of quality of offering and range. But please don’t think that means bad. It’s not. Must give acknowledgement to brilliant ladies at front desk - one especially - sorry I didn’t get her name. I can speak French but it’s been a while so I am rusty. She asked if I would like to speak English. I said no, I need to practice. And she said (in French) ok, I will perhaps speak a little slower in French.and if you get stuck we can use English. Just so brilliant! Thoughtful. My daughter and I were wowed!! My daughter said ‘isn’t that the best attitude and service we have ever had in France’ - and you know, she is kind of right.

Breakfast quality a little poorer than expected.

Had a lovely smart big king room. Massive bed, massive tele, kettle and mini fridge provided. All very comfortable. There is a little gym, good enough for a small workout. Nice bar on site. I speak French and liked that the receptionist spoke back to me in nice clear French, rather than just defaulting to English.

The restaurant is shut on Monday so we ate at the bar. It’s a pleasant bar area and good that they have veggie options but we didn’t really like what came out unfortunately- big slabs of butternut, the veggie croque was weird and had carrots in it.

Julian and the team with him in the morning coffee make you enjoy everything, even the music in the evening with the wonderful atmosphere.. Victoria in the front offices is another story in the world of hotel and hospitality.. I hope that there will be an academy named after her in this specialty.. Indeed, when you look at the details, you will find behind all of this a distinguished management and work environment that drives this excellence .. The rooms, the decorations, the lobby, the restaurants, the buffet, everything is vibrant and perfect...

Nice hotel in a good location, really nice bar area and friendly staff. We ended up staying a few extra nights and it’s much much cheaper to book via booking.com than directly through the hotel! I recommend getting a massage from the spa, it’s a bit expensive but really worth it. Was nice to have a small gym and the food in the bar (and service) was very good.

The first room we stayed in (a duplex) was very hot on the top floor - the air con pointed at the stairs for some reason! But the usual room we had for the next 3 nights was fine. The gym was closed for 3 of the 5 days we stayed, not ideal! We didn’t take the breakfast except for on the last day and to be honest it wasn’t great (better to go out I would say for the cost) bread, milk not replenished, no fruit except for some small pieces of watermelon and a peach in a bowl. Hotel parking is over €50 a day! We parked at Comédie for €22 instead, it’s only a short walk away.

The property was very nicely located and decorated inside. Almost all staff were met weee extremely kind! Would highly recommend this place to others.

The staff in the spa were not very friendly nor solutions oriented. We tried booking a treatment one day in advance, which is very late, however, the employee we spoke to was not very helpful in getting an appointment resulting in us not ending up booking anything. In addition, there was a box of uneaten KFC in our mini fridge and different kinds of uncleaned spots on the carpet.

Size of the room. Decent surroundings, pretty close to town center. Parking available underground for 20 eur/day. Good variety of products at breakfast.

Lack of proper Customer Service. No solution oriented approach, especially at the Reception. More on the Defensive. Valid for part of the personnel. Breakfast- terrace not clean, leftovers picked up late. Chairs pretty dirty. During a crisis sutuation (eggs - daily omelette available - lacking for more than 10 mins. , no water, no coffee machine working, people queuing) Mngt. was not present, despite being visible during the other days. Some stains on the plates. Must be smtgh. related to the washing machine. Cleaning - pyjamas thrown away on the luggage. The Cleaning staff definitely forgot to pick those up when leaving the room. But this gives you a good perspective over how the cleaning is handled.

This hotel is a gem! It's crawling distance to the train station, but also a short walk to the center of everything. The hotel itself is lovely -- modern but not over the top. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar area as well, and we will definitely return.

Minor issue that's the same with almost all hotels -- not enough lighting in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect. It's a really good hotel with all the services and commodities you might need. Staff is extremely helpful and educated, beds and pillows are super comfortable and breakfast was complete, with a nice variety and quality. Reception let me park my motorcycle for free, which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The bar and restaurant are a little too presumptuous but then again maybe I'm not their target audience. However, it would be nice to have some more standard choices to eat in the bar or room service. Still, 10/10 hotel.

Very comfortable and clean room - nice room to come back to after a day out - fridge, kettle, and dressing gown all appreciated. Very comfortable bed, resulting in a good night's sleep. Excellent location - by the Saint Roche train station, minutes from the tram stops and less than 10 minutes walk to town. Right by a taxi rank, which was useful Helpful, friendly staff Breakfast area spacious and comfortable with indoor and outside seeting, Loved the hotel and ideal for a short or long stay.

Breakfast buffett was very adequate, but the scrambled eggs, possibly made from powdered eggs, were inedible. For meat eaters, the cold buffet looked good, but for vegetarians, it was really just cereal, bread, and cheese (plus poatoes and beans on some days only). For the number of staff working at breakfast, I'm not sure why replenishing the bread and hot food took so long.
