Location is great as it's walking distance with the suitcase from Sant Roch train station. Check-in/out was very simple and the communication with the stafff, Vincent and Marc, was excellent. I was worried that there's not a desk/chair for working couple hours of the day there (the pictures of the room do not show), but to my surprise, there's an area where i could comfortably run some video call for work during my stay. The hotel is brand new and very clean. Had free bottles of water upon arrival and nespresso machine for coffee. Room size is great, I was traveling alone so it felt huge. Should be plenty of space for two as well.

The only thing i felt could have been an interior design miss is that there's not a shower towel wall hook right by the shower area, not a deal breaker though.

Lovely room with little courtyard. Room wasn't huge but the bathroom was massive! Bed was big and room very clean. Need to read your instructions as there are no staff on site. We had one issue with the door code but rang the number provided with original booking and it was dealt with efficiently.

Everything was good. The entrance door was a little hard to find and hall is a bit dark but all very clean and well presented.

No elevator which was a bit of trouble since we had heavy luggage We had a coffee machine with no capsules !😅 Took us a while to find the hotel since the sign wasn’t clear

Hotel Maison Soleil had beautifully designed rooms and they were very generous in size. There was no reception and access was via remote code which suited us perfectly as it was incredibly good value for money. All communication was via a guest app which was incredibly efficient and helpful. I couldn't recommend this place enough and will definitely return in the future. Thank you.

Everything was perfect and there wasn't anything to complain about during our short stay.

It was a roomy and actually had a bath (which I didn’t use as I was only overnighting there en route to Spain.

I wasn’t entirely sure what a boutique hotel entailed so I didn’t use the website provided properly. So I had to phone up reception to get in. They were very helpful but not being on the premises was not easy for me. I would have preferred someone at a desk on location.

Everything was new and nicely decorated. Coffee machine in room, bottled water and toiletries provided which was good. The terrace of my room was so beautiful

There was 0 storage space for my stuff, luckily I was only staying one night so it didn’t matter much, but there wasn’t even a hook anywhere to hang a jacket. Also as it’s still under construction there was a bit of noise in the afternoon

Room was clean, comfortable and nicely designed. Location was excellent and staff very helpful in answering my call and letting me in early.

As a business traveler the lack of a wardrobe/hanging space for a shirt and the lack of desk were unfortunate. It looks like there is space for both in the room I stayed in (Marcel) with some clever planning, so I would advise you put these two things in.

This hotel is situated a very short walk from the center of the city. Along with the excellent public transport nearby this place is at the perfect quiet area to suit all needs. The room is massive, amenities available also to you are incredible. I genuinely don't have a bad word for this place. The staff were so kind also.

Our ground floor room had amazingly high ceilings and a great sunny patio area. High quality bed linen and bathroom items. Stylish throughout, and a kettle. We stayed in the second week of the hotel opening and would encourage you to stay too!

Gorgeous comfortable rooms with the most comfortable beds. Spacious and clean. Was great to have a bath and a courtyard. Wonderful friendly staff who were very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!
