I loved the location of this hotel - very close to la place da comedie - lots of restaurants, shops and takeouts nearby. Perfect location for if you're travelling alone and don't want to concern yourself with public transport or solo taxi trips (which can be quite expensive). I walked to most places from this hotel which was super convenient. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating.

If you want a luxury stay, that's not the reason you choose this hotel. Very basic room and amenities. The room was clean but upon arrival my bed sheets were slightly stained - I asked the staff to change it to which they did and also offered me free breakfast to compensate. The level of customer care definitely made up for this!

The front desk help were friendly and great with directions and information. It was wonderful to have a free, gated and covered parking spot for our rental car, especially in the rain. The location is very convenient, with the regional train station and the local tramway system across the street. It was an easy walk to the Place de la Comedie, Polygone shopping center, and practically everywhere else. The Loft was spacious and clean, and bathroom and kitchen were nice.

A few drawbacks to the Loft: the bedroom ceiling is too low for even a short adult (like me) to stand up. All windows are skylights, no side windows. And the dishwasher was broken, but that wasn’t a huge problem as we stayed only 2 nights. I’d stay at this hotel again, but in a different unit.

Privilège Hôtel & Apparts Eurociel Centre Comédie is located within easy walking distance of the Montpellier train station. It is tucked away from the main streets and was a bit hard to find when we first arrived. It is within easy walking to the Place Comedie, the tram stops and the Polygone shopping complex. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic. They even gave us glasses and a bottle opener so we could enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.

Like most of the hotels we stayed at, getting the AC adjusted was tricky. It was very warm while we were in Montpellier and we prefer rooms to be cool at night. Fortunately, we were able to open the window, which helped.

Amazing location it’s 5 minutes walk from Place de la Comedie. Free parking in the hotel itself – this is so rare and such a convenience for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The hotel is small but has a lot of very thoughtful amenities, including a lounge, water dispenser, super clean toilet in the lobby. Our three-bedroom apartment was perfect for the 6 of us and it comes with daily housekeeping! What more to ask? 😊

Nothing, everything was good

The staff is very friendly and polite. The location is great - close to the train station, to the Polygon, and to the Place of La Comedie. Breakfast is ok.

The rooms need remodelling. The carpet is used (needs replacement) and so were the towels (too thin and small, also). The tray with the coffee machine and the electric kettle was dirty when we arrived. I had to clean it. From the room we were in, it was possible to hear the train late at night and early in the morning. It would be great if there were more fresh fruit for breakfast.

The hotel ist just a 10 min. walk to place de la Comedie. Secured parking, with enough space. Big bathroom with separate toilet. Room is fine, modern. Coffe/thee facilities. Enough place to.store your things in the room and bathroom. Small refregiator in the room. Staff at the reception very kind and helpfull.

Breakfast. France has the best bread at the boulangerie And the hotel serves bread that should be baked off before serving. They did not taste well.

The hotel is in good proximity to the centre of Montpellier and its main conference centre. Breakfast was good and value for money.

The room was rather small with a tiny toilet and shower and sink right next to the bed. While a train and tram line run right by the hotel, soundproofing was quite sufficient, in any case traffic stopped early in the night.

The hotel's staff members are truly helpful and pleasant to liaise with. Prior to arrival, I needed to change the number of rooms reserved and room type. Cécile was quick to respond to my requests and enquiries and went an extra mile to make it work for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice and polite receptionist. I even came across the hotel owner in the lift and he's a very cheerful person himself. The rooms we stayed in were bright, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance from the hotel, there're plenty of restaurants.

It's not the fault of the hotel. We drove through a tunnel-like spot when going to / from the hotel and it's dim and dirty.

We arrived very early but were allowed to access parking immediately and receptionist advised us to come back an hour before official check-in, when indeed our room was ready. We had a very pleasant small terrace and our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Although the situation looked unpromising the hotel was within easy walking distance of the central part of Montpellier.

Once again, a bathroom designed for disabled users which was a wet room, However it was large enough and with a large shelf to keep things dry. Breakfast room a bit gloomy.

it was a 100% value for money accommodation. It is a very clean hotel. We had a nice, quiet and spacious room, with v. good wi-fi and private safe indoor parking, very close to the city centre. The nightshift receptionist is extremely polite and helpful. The owner of the Hotel passed by the premises during our check-in at 11:30pm and gave us good hints on various topics concerning our stay and the city. Thank you Philippe for your great hospitality! Unfortunately it’s not a chain hotel to accommodate us in all other Countries that we visit (we have been working in the tourism sector for 35 years).
