I had a fantastic stay at Appart’hôtel Goélia Sun City! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what really made the experience exceptional was the receptionist. He was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to assist us. Even though the reception closed at 7 PM, he waited for us until the last minute, ensuring we had everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Montpellier. Thank you for the amazing service!

The best of the residence was the customer services and the staff help. They were friendly and very helpful. I believe the residence were going through some renovation, but the staff still accommodated. There were no reception services 24/7 but it was fine for us. Lovely restaurant. The residence was just outside the centre of the city where all the buzz of the centre of the city. However, within 15 minutes max walking we got to the centre of the city. I will thoroughly recommend it if you are going to use public transport as it is only a 1-minute walk from the bus stop from the airport. The rooms were basic but the bonus was the modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge. Truly convenient if you are going to stay for a while

The pool was not yet open as it was low season. We were lucky with the weather so it was hot. There was no problem really understandable it is only April

We needed accommodation at short notice and we had to take the rooms which were available but were pleasantly pleased with them. The facilities were simple but more than adequate for out needs. We particularly enjoyed having a east facing balcony of good size and enjoyed the morning sun and later in the evening the rising moon over the city rooftops. The pool was a good size and when we were there it was only us using it. The location was a pleasant walk to the city centre and also the railway station and tram.

Needs a freshen up but not so that we were concerned by this.

great staff, well spoken English reception, willing to solve problem 'ordered twin beds - no availability'. general manager was asked to come and offered acceptable solution in a minute. 5star treatment

Pleasant area, parking inside in hotel yard. The reception is without services in the evening and at night, but code from gate, hotel and rooms are available.

The swimming pool was closed in the evening.

The location is perfect and the area is also very nice, we stayed here without any inconvenience. Rooms are clean and close to Visiting places, Bakery and Tram station.

Living room heaters were not worked properly

Our room had not been made ready when we arrived mid afternoon. Apologies were made by Aurelie , she offered us a cold drink whilst we waited for staff to attend to the room and also a free breakfast the next day.

* Good location in Montpellier, just a short walking distance from the town center. * The balcony. * Relatively big room. * The kitchen corner. * Strong WiFi connection and tables to work with my laptop. * Relatively large pool.

* There was no proper AC in the room and it got rather hot in the room.

Clean, tidy, nice kitchenette, quite comfortable beds for a family of 4. Great swimming pool in middle of city, supermarkets close by, great parking, helpful staff, nice balcony.

AC is a bit old and noisy and need to put it quite low to have effect in rooms, as it was quite humid.
