Very good bathroom as well with plenty hot water and good pressure. Room heating and AC as well! - Big elevator with direct access to the garage, also you can go straight to the street through a door downstairs that skips reception, something i really liked. - Fantastic dining room at reception and a nice patio outside with chairs and tables

- No fridge on the room 😩 - The towels are standard hotel ones that dry AND exfoliate you. It's up to you to decide if that's a pro or a con 😆

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleased with the overall experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, handled efficiently by the night shift receptionist. In the morning, Elodie at the front desk was both sympathetic and efficient, ensuring everything was taken care of with a warm and professional approach. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, making for a pleasant start to the day. Overall, a good stay with attentive service.

It's easy to get to and you can park under the hotel, for a fee. You can then walk to the tram to get into town. The lobby area has snacks, food packets to warm up and drinks. Staff was efficient.

The way in and the way out of the garage are one and the same - just be careful. You might have to wait or back up. Only a problem during high transition times, but I found the entrance unclear.

This hotel was in a nice location for my husband to go to the university for a conference. It was convenient that there was a grocery store and pharmacy right across the street when we needed to buy a few things. It was nice to have breakfast in the hotel with quite a few options. The room was comfortable although not too large. But there were nice shelves and hooks to keep some things off the floor. There are also plenty of tables in the reception area if you don't want to eat in the room. The bathroom was nice, large and clean. We also rented a car and it was easy and not expensive to park at the hotel. The employees were nice and helpful and check-in was easy.

We were traveling with a young child and we did not realize there wouldn't be a mini fridge in the room for her milk. But I did not think about it before we got there and there was a grocery store across the street to buy food as needed.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it was nice, quiet and not to far from the tram stop, about 10 minute walk. Breakfast was enough for me, and the shower was brilliant, everyone was so polite and nice, especially the lady who checked me in, she's a credit to your team. Thanks again will come back some day

Nothing at all

Excellent. We usually stop here to take a break for our driving, get a shower and continue. It is perfect for us. Really kind staff. Nice breakfast. Spacious private parking underground and very secure. In front of the hotel there is a supermarket that closes quite late in case something is needed.

It is a bit far from the highway. But it is not a problem for us.

Very clean place and the stuff were very friendly. The breakfast was convenient enough with small extra. We enjoyed our stay. Very good value. The location is not closed to downtown of Montpellier. But with a car, it’s easy to get around. There is free parking in the facility. There is a supermarket very closed by walking distance.

Not too much to say

Easy location and you can park your car on the parking in front from the supermarket. They also have private parking but paying. Rooms are new and clean. Bathroom with nice walk in shower. The supermarket in front is open 24/7 which is handy. The hotel has also pizza at what hour you want. All rooms have airco. Breakfast is simple but good.

Nothing actually

The staff were very very helpful and friendly The secure underground car park is very convenient and just €5 with plenty of spaces Pet friendly also, we paid €5 for our dog. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable and it was all very clean.

Great rate quality-price. Staff super kind. Adequate breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Possibility of parking underground (5€ charge x day), so in case your car is full of stuff, it is safe. Totally recommended if you want to stop on your way to take a break and sleep. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel which closes late at 1 or 2am (don’t remember well), so you can buy something urgent you may need.

It is not near the highway but it was not a problem for us.
