We loved the studio apartment which was characterful, spacious and well-equipped with a great view of the viaduct. We arrived by bicycle and were able to store our bikes overnight in a room on the ground floor of the building. The location was perfect with an excellent restaurant (Le Viaduc) practically next door. We would definitely like to return to Morlaix which is a lovely town and to stay here again.

Communication on check in arrangements could be improved. We were told we would get details of how to check in on the morning of our arrival but I sent a message via booking.com at 1pm as we had not received them. I got a quick response with details of how to get access to the building. But when we arrived we discovered there were several apartments and we didn't know which one was ours. I sent another message and again got a quick reply so it was fine in the end but more detailed information could have been sent at the beginning.

Beautiful loft-apartment on a fantastic location. Good communication with host. I forgot my airpods which they sent to my house - very thankfull for that!

The smell in the kitchen. We first thought it was the air freshener. The kitchen was spotless clean but we could not cook or have breakfast because of the smell. I think it is due to the building because there is a similar smell around the entrance. The kitchen is also street level. When we asked the host there was no reply, so I guess they are aware of it.

Location - right in the centre of Morlaix almost underneath the viaduct. Huge room sizes. Very clean. Great bathroom shower. Lots of good places to eat or have a drink nearby.

Parking can be pot luck particularly on a Friday night. We were fortunate enough to find a space on the road just outside the apartment. Don’t park in the car park just opposite on a Friday night which houses the Saturday market from 5.30. am. Car will be towed away ?

Great appartment in the centre of Morlaix, and within walking distance (downhill to the apartment BUT uphill to the station) of the railway station. Apartment has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Good communication from the owners. When in Morlaix again, we will try to stay here.

Nothing we could identify

The property is well located and easy walking to the parking, shopping, viaduc, town square... it's all right outside your door. Loved walking everywhere. Very spacious apartment and tastefully decorated.

Would have liked more information about the days when shops and restaurants were open. We missed the days of the market and had to order pizza one night because none of the restaurants were open in town. Still, wonderful pizza and we were very comfortable in our place.

Huge appartement right in the centre of Morlaix, perfect location for outings, restaurants etc - and still nice and quiet as our bedroom was on the back. Thanks for the coffee capsules and the biscuits that we found on arrival :) A nice big bed :) buses are FREE in Morlaix!

There was a slight mouldy smell in the flat, coming out of the floor (???) or vents (???) - might have to do with the damp weather

Position - very convenient for everything and with a lovely view of the aqueduct. Large, comfortable and well equipped. Helpful to be able to safely leave our luggage before we were able to get into the apartment. Good communication from the staff.

Beautiful apartment in the very heart of Morlaix. Traditional feel and very well appointed. Kitchen with great amenities and nice bedrooms. Lovely for a family. Children loved the communal games room and pool table. Near very nice restaurants.

One of the best places we ever stayed! Spacious, stylish furniture, absolutely clean, very centrally located, quiet, easy parking, good communication, ... I definitely recommend.
