This place is perfect if you have little ones it’s game related and everything in here is an experience. From the moment you step into the reception area to the moment you leave you will love it. The games in reception are an added bonus the rooms are comfortable and clean the cleanest room we’ve most likely stayed in. It feels safe and has the added bonus of the gym and sauna which we didn’t have time to use. It’s around 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and has restaurants and coffee shops even closer. It’s a busy hotel but as soon as you shut your room door we heard nothing. AC in the room was also a bonus the kids loved there bunk beds that even had charging points and reading light in too. Everything has been thought about and you will not be disappointed if you stay here. We had breakfast which was Buffett style continental with bacon eggs and beans and croissants galore coffee was good too. It also has parking for €25 amazing please we will definitely come back.

We were not made aware of the €200 deposit for the room which wasn’t a problem but it was a surprise. I get why they do it but it was a surprise pay it in cash if you can because you get it back right after you check out that way.

The location close to the Eiffel tower was great. Nice to be able to see the tower lit up in the evenings while just being out on a walk. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffé was tasty with quite a large selection. Staff was friendly. The hotel has good facilities for children in general, but the baby cots need an update. There was an issue finding one that wasn't broken.

New baby cots are needed.

Very nice hotel, easily accessible by public transport which we mostly used during our stay. The room was comfrotable, WiFi fast and reliable, most of the staff spoke good english. Additional amenities in the lobby (arcade games, board games rental etc.) were a big plus. The breakfast was pretty good but the same every day and without any vegetables available - so great if you like pastries but a little worse if you wanted some diversity.

The location of the hotel is easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, metro, RER trains. There was a comercial street two blocks away where you could get just about anything you need. We were there on a few very hot days and the AC kept up very well. The TV had CNN and a few other English speaking programs, all news type. It had the option for two twin beds. Overall we would stay there again. It would be perfect if you have kids.

The beds were too hard for my wife, but OK for me. The twin bed rooms are really small, but just adequate. Wish they would have had a small refrigerator to store those very expensive Paris restaurant leftovers. On occasion we would hear the kids playing outside and you often heard a siren go by. Never could get the screen casting to the TV to work. And finally, had two fire alarms, one at 7:00 AM, but nothing serious.

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower, train stations, supermarket and shopping mall. The hotel had laundry on-site and lockers in case needed. The room was not super large but it was comfortable enough for two people, it had hangers, a folding table, and the bed and pillows were soft. Also, the hotel has a restaurant downstairs where you can pay for breakfast or have a nice lunch/dinner around the area.

The cleaning staff did not respect the “do not disturb” sign placed at our door. We had them entering our room 3x even though we had placed the sign outside asking them not to enter. One day they knocked on the door while we were inside the room, and after telling them not to disturb us, they still opened the door with their key and gave us clean towels and toilet paper. We were a little worried because the cleaning staff was mostly men and we were two women staying in the room alone. Nothing happened thankfully but a little concerning. I hope they get instructed better to respect future guests.

Rooms look exactly like pictures. A bit small, but was expected because of photos - so not a surprise. Great service. Clean rooms. 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Metro stations near by.

Rooms did not have microwave, fridge or kettle. Provided but in a shared space. During our stay, lifts were down & hotel under construction - but truly, nothing to really complain about

I visited Paris for a conference and I travelled by car from Germany, hence I needed a secure parking spot to leave my car. YOOMA was the only one that confirmed me the possibility to book the parking spot in advance. The access to the parking lot was possible only by card and it was very safe and discreet, I felt safe to leave my car there unattended for 4 days. I shared a quadruple with my colleague and we were very satisfied with the space and the cleanings. The breakfast was of excellent quality, with a good variety of French pastries like croissant and pain au chocolate, as well as eggs and bacon , yogurt and different types of cereals. Staff was very present and the hotel overall was very clean. Location was very good, around 10min walking from the metro and 30min walking from the tour Eiffel. We walked almost every day and reached without problems the main sites like Louvre. Finally, we also came back at different hours and late at night and the area was very safe. One final remark which was not very clear while booking this property, this is a games theme and family-centred hotel , with the main theme being pac-man. If you don't like being surrounded by children (in our case they didn't cause any problem or didn't disturb) or large groups of adolescent, then this might not be your hotel.

Not all staff was friendly. I had problems the first day when requesting the invoice for reimbursement and the receptionist insisted quite rudely that booking was supposed to provide it. When I tried to explain that booking already confirmed me that YOOMA was supposed to provide me with the invoice, she rolled her eyes and said it was impossible. At the end of my stay , I talked to another staff member which promptly confirmed me that I was going to receive all the invoices, both stay and parking, in one week time after my checkout.

We loved the PAC Man theme and free games in the lobby area as this made it fun for the kids. The rooms were small but the bunkbed design was perfectly designed to give kids space from their parents with privacy blinds. Also have a separate loo and washroom was good. The location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, which you can see from the hotel and close to various food outlets. It was also good to access the Botabus on the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here twice we liked it so much but we could not get the chrome cast to work on either occasion which was a little disappointing as the TV only really had the news for us English speakers but it’s not a deal breaker, we would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay with kids. The soft playroom was an awesome place for kids to socialize and unwind. The location is perfect. Everything you want to see is easily accessible. We walked out front a couple nights to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle and then got to go right back to bed. Getting the bus or the hop on hop off boat from this hotel was very easy, just a quick walk away. Each staff member we interacted with was very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

We found it a bit unreasonable to not be able to get take out to your room. Especially if you are travelling a long way to get there, going to a restaurant is just one more thing you have to do before you can rest.

I would really recommend this hotel if you are travelling with Kids. There is a little soft play room in the lobby plus arcade games they can play for free. My kids absolutely loved this and they had so much fun playing in the evenings in the hotel and meeting other kids. The location is amazing, many metro and train stations within walking distance and you are only 10 mins walk from the Eiffel tower. The room was clean and well laid out and worked really well for the 5 of us. I will stay again at this hotel, we loved it.
