For starters a very big compliment to receptionists Cecile and Katia for outstanding friendly and excellent services and advice rendered. Cecile going the extra mile in registering me on IHG membership programme and Katia being an excelkent source on information regarding dining venues. The hotel, itself, was clean.... I mean really, really clean. In some hotels one picks up a "smell" especially in the passage ways leading to the bedrooms. But not a whisper of a "smell" in this hotel. Fantastic! The rooms was ideal. Size and layout was perfect and once again perfectly clean. The breakfast room layout was excellent and clean. The catering was very well presented and like wise tasteful. The attendant lady was also very friendly and attentive to a food request I had. All in all, a preferred accommodation provider when next in Saint Nazaire. To the management staff.... Thank you, well done. 👏🏆

The Management team during our three days were fabulous, kind, considerate and caring for our every comfort. Almost all staff speak English. An IHT Hotel plus spotless housekeeping. Great Breakfast included with loads of choice. Shout out to the lady servising the breakfast bar and room who looked after all her guests and refreshed the offering so efficiently. In hotel bar with draught Belgium Beers - Comfortable lobby seating area. Everyone smiled and was most polite and helpful. Even booking restaurants on the phone for us. Both our Rooms were excellent, Really comfy bed great hot power shower. Air Con even works!! and is silent!! Excellent bedding, comfy pillows and lovely fresh towels every day. House keeping every day of room and public areas was immaculate. Located right on the attractions and 10 minute walk to Beach / Bay area.

A big shout out to the receptionist who greet us on arrival (I recall that she was from Madrid). We arrived on motorcycles and was under the impression that parking was in the spaces, immediately outside. However with the help of a colleague, we were offered secure parking in the basement. She also gave us recommendations on bars and restaurants in the area, including her favourite, which she booked on our behalf. We spent 10 days in France and her recommendation was not matched for the rest of our journey. I should also mention the barman who worked into the early hours. Thank you.

Excellent location, friendly welcome, excellent breakfast. Was quiet as it was a Sunday night stopover but would imagine breakfast room could get crowded when hotel is fully occupied. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Parking was a plus given that the music festival was on.As others have noted, the parking entrance and exit is challenging as it very narrow and at an awkward angle but we just about managed it with a C4 Picasso - however other parking options available by the hotel although quickly filled up because of the music festival.

Very minor point , it would be useful to have some larger plates available for the hot breakfast items

Breakfast was very good, best of all it was included in the rate.

On booking I was given the choice of either a twin or double room. I requested a twin room but was advised by the hotel that this could not be confirmed in advance. On checking-in we had been allocated a double room. The check-in clerk then advised me that I should have specified a twin room when booking. When I told her that I had asked for a twin room she proceeded to show me the booking where no room type was specified. I did not have the information on hand to prove otherwise but in the end we finally got a twin room. Not serious but irritating.

Excellent location, close to the beach, movie theater, supermarket, restaurants, U-boat bunker, musea, attractions. Parking in front of the hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast. Large and clean rooms. Flawless wifi connection. 1hr drive away from Guerande or Nantes for a daytrip. 1hr boattrip away from the beaches at Noirmoutier.

The building is ugly, but so is every building in St-Nazaire.

We loved the staff as they were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and clean and bright with everything you need including WiFi and charging points! The breakfast was really good and so much choice!

We would really like tea bags at the breakfast area rather than the loose leaf stuff but other than that everything was great!

The reception staff were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to interact with them. Special thanks to Sandra and Cecile for all their help in returning an item that I had lost. Thank you again - I very much appreciate your kind assistance.

Great location overlooking submarine pen with small shopping mall across the road. Probably fortunate we opted for hotel parking underground since we arrived mid afternoon in peak summer season with a funfair in full swing next door, so public parking outside looking full. Be aware underground parking access very very tight even for a standard Corolla. Modern, clean, lift, and extremely helpful staff. Surprisingly breakfast included had a good and wide choice. Excellent pretty restaurant near by, must book, which Reception kindly made for us, thank you.

Great welcome by very proffesional staff who spoke english and made check in easy, Lift to room and short walk - Beautiful housekeeping and everything was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful, so much and fantastic choice - loved the fresh squeezed orange.

Nothing - everthing was perfect
