Pool was lovely Hotel room was very big - we got a room with a balcony facing the pool so was very nice to get the sun rise As a whole really good stay and would 100% go back BUT would say regardless which hotel you stay at bring a car - you could walk into the town which is 20 minutes but after a while the little town gets boring as very small so we had the car and drove to Nantes etc for shopping centres

Was very difficult to try and get dinner - tried 3 times and were turned away as too full despite being told each time to come back tomorrow without a reservation Only on our last day did it start to get busy the pool was packed but luckily this didn’t affect us

A warm welcome to a modern hotel. Staff had perfect English and were very helpful. Would recommend. Really good size room with a balcony, perfect for evening drinks 😁

Lovely restaurant - staff were brilliant and really friendly. Pool was warm and the kids loved it. Out of town location but didn’t feel too disconnected and the facilities and staff mean that you could easily just spend time in the hotel. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Bathroom and shower was exceptional. We felt well rested and well looked after.

The receptionist told us it was a 20 minute walk into the town centre, it was more like 45 mins. The location (and the one way system around the town) makes it a bit of a challenge getting j to Le Bailey and Pornichet.

We had a very good stay. The staff are super nice and helpful, the room is well equipped, great surface area and a balcony. Highly recommended for those visiting the region.

The surface area of the pool is too small for a big hotel. Expect it to be packed with kids and adults. If you wish to dine at the hotel restaurant you should reserve the day you book i suppose. We tried reserving one morning and the restaurant was full that night and hosting a private event the next day so we couldn’t really benefit from its services.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just an 8-minute drive to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Breakfast was also a highlight with a nice variety of fresh options. Overall, it is a very convenient and pleasant place to stay. Would definitely return!

Excellent could not fault. You have a good management keep it up will recommend to family and friends. The food was great and the pricing excellent it also had a friendly atmosphere. Waiter also helpful and friendly.

What was it not to like, keep it up we will return next time in your area.

Not great location on what seemed an industrial park/grotty road - typified by view from our room! Reception gave wrong key/room to someone who entered our room - poor breach of security and staff (manager, non-English-speaking) seemed to think one ‘free’ breakfast would compensate; we eventually got €37 discount (2 breakfasts!) from an evening meal and drinks: not very good/no real recognition of security breach and will prompt an email to Louvre Hotels Group. Wouldn’t strongly recommend.
