Proximity of the hotel to the train station. Excellent for the trips.

Hotel maybe can run deals on breakfast as the concurrence such as kids eat free when you buy adult breakfast. No kids menu offered in the menu. Also prices of meals in the hotel restaurant were quite high. There was a problem with the blocked canalisation in the shower - but the staff apologised when I've asked and said it was affecting whole hotel,therefore they aknowledge it and it was fine for me. Also I would suggest that the cleaners should knock the door first and announced themselves rather then just try to come in the room.

The room was very spacious. We were assigned a room for disabled people so might that affected the overall space. It was clean. Breakfast (which we paid extra) had a good selection of cold cuts, cereals, pastries, eggs etc. and was served in a very nice restaurant (maybe because it was shared with Ibis Styles hotel, which is in the same building).

No space next to the entrance to unload the luggage from the car, as the entrance to the hotel is in the corner of the building on the roundabout, so no possibility to stop.

I like size of lobby, location of the hotel and staff who work was very nice so I feel realy confortable for sure I will be back at this hotel next time when I will visit Saint Nazaire

Missing Toilets at the level of reception where is the Bar but this is the only think that I notice as negative expectation if I can say like that.Other wise this place is so nice that even this is not a big problem at all

It is located in front of the train station, 2 steps away from the city centre and 10 minutes by car from the coast. It is also easy to access by car. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern, bright and clean. The value for quality is perfect. Big rooms and clean. You don't ear anything from the street or the train station. The breakfast is very good.

Perfect location next to the railway station. Great breakfast and nice lobby area. Rooms are really big for ibis and comfortable.

During breakfast the staff was a little too present- they were constantly cleaning something or doing something which made the experience less relaxed. I’m sure it’s with best intentions but it made me feel less welcome.

Ideal location. Secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food at a reasonable price in the restaurant. Very good breakfast. Clean and tidy room. I would definitely stay here again.

Only minor gripe was the difficulty in finding somewhere to park when checking in - the hotel is on an “island” surrounded by roads.

Breakfast is enormous and varied, great value for money. The soundproofing of the rooms is truly impressive. The lobby is exactly the right mix of airy and cosy, whatever the time of day. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The ONLY thing that was suboptimal was that the shower temperature is hard to regulate if you are on the 5th floor or higher. Everything else is great.

Very clean and spacious family room, very quiet too. The staff was very friendly and pleasant as well.

There is not much to do at the location, other than the train station (which is right in front of the hotel. Going downtown, requires walking for 15-20 min, without public transportation options.

Bit of a walk to the seafront where the majority of the bars & restaurants were. As it was a Monday, quite a few were shut. Should have used the hotel restaurant which looked good

The hotel lobby is very nicely designed and furnished, the rooms are good. Bathrooms are nice for an IBIS. Breakfast was excellent.

Booking.com advertises hotel parking, and there is a hotel-owned parking garage, but it was not available for some reason, so we had to find parking on the street somewhere.
