Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent English. This was a biking holiday, had already communicated with the hotel about bike storage. When we arrived there was a lockup waiting for us, felt very safe. Good size room with excellent shower. Water in the room for us. Easy walk into town. Used the bar late in the evening. Very comfortable bed in a very quiet room. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted.

Fold up bed was uncomfortable. Sounded like a racing track outside at night (Friday night). We needed the window open because it was so hot.

Staff were lovely, our 2 bedrooms were right next to each other which was great. Big opening windows for air circulation. Loved the room decor.

Lack of air con in the heatwave wasn’t great but it was unseasonably warm.

A clean and modern hotel. It is situated on the edge of Pont Audemer on a roundabout opposite a sports facility. There is very good free parking at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

No restaurant at the hotel for an evening meal and although there are restaurants a 15 / 20 minute walk away the walk was too far away for my husband so each night we had to drive into town! The WiFi was useless.

The two ladies on reception were professional, friendly and really helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We stayed in the apartment which was a good size, well equipped and comfortable.

There was a strange system for getting into the hotel compound which had quite a few newly arrived guests foxed!

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Nice coffee too. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were friendly, beer and wine in the bar was reasonably priced and varied. Parking onsite was a great help.

Everything was good, nothing negative to address.

Great Hotel on the edge of town. A group of us stayed here that were on a cycling trip. They had ample secure storage for the bikes.

Breakfast was a good buffet selection. Coffee in the bar in the evening was pleasantly served. Electric car charging available.

Be aware that it is a little walk into the town to get a meal. Good for the appetite!

I loved Mina and Tierry. But I hated Booking.com with what happened at the previous booking in Rouen. I took, without knowing there was a charge, 4 almonds and 2 apricots. For that I was charged 15E. The manager did not budge. And I hold Booking.com responsible. I will never ever use Booking.com again. Dane

I said in the space above about the stay in the hotel in Rouen. This stay was marvellous.

Perfect room for an overnight stay to explore the city. Slightly far for some to walk to town but a very short drive and parking is easy
