Great location near many restaurants etc and a super market in easy walking distance. You can buy breakfast at the hotel or save a bit and walk to the boulangerie where they serve coffee and OJ or buy from the supermarket which is closer. Friendly staff, clean a bit basic but comfortable and quiet. We were on a motorbike and found it save enough to park in tte hotel car park. We would stay there again is is a good base to explore from.

You could access the car park easy from the budget IBIS who’s gates were always open and the fencing didn’t go all the way around the car park.

Rooms are comfortable, and very clean. The staff were all great, very helpful and relaxed. Breakfast has a good selection even though I was quite late, and a member of staff offered to provide fresh scrambled egg. The only downside is that the plumbing is noisy and I could hear noise from bathroom. Loacted on the border at Pontarlier I will use this stop again.

We have been staying at this hotel for the last couple of years. The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful when needed. The room is clean and comfortable as is the bathroom. The bed is also very comfortable and clean. It has a nice restaurant and the food is very good. The breakfasts have a lot of choice.

Located in the industrial estate on the outskirts, but dont let this put you off.... very convenient for town centre and road network. Staff friendly, very clean accomodation, good size room. Comfy bed, good breakfast. need to update to smart TV to enable Netflix etc.

Nothing to complain about

I gave this score as the Hotel and Staff were excellent. The rooms were big and clean. The bed was comfy and we were allowed to book in early. The bathroom was clean and the shower was at a very good pressure.

Overnight stay on way home. Staff were lovely very helpful, had a meal it was very nice and plenty of it. Good breakfast.

The hotel is located in the industrial zone. So if you stay there, you either miss out on the town of Pontarlier or you have to walk at leas 3 km.

Half board deal of dinner and breakfast very good value and food better than expected in that it was good quality and tasty.

No coffee/tea facility in the room and they charged us 3 eur per person for coffee downstairs. No fridge in room.

Lots of flys. Both inside the restaurant and outside. Spoilt our meal and drinks before
