It has been rare for us to find windows, shades, and curtains that reduce the noise and light, but this hotel had amazing windows, making our room quiet and dark for great sleep. The blankets were nice too. We appreciated that there was a lift because my husband had hurt his knee. The receptionist was very nice and we enjoyed the bar with games in the lobby. It is in a great location and has 11 parking spots if you get there early enough and we did!

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent location for the old Town. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

It would be useful to mention the free shuttles up to the old town in the hotel information as when we arrived by bus to the Gara we had a long, hot walk uphill with a large suitcase which could have been avioded.

The location was exceptional, right in the old town next to the charming little streets. The room itself had everything important for a summer's holiday. The check-in was fast even though we arrived quite late. The staff was pleasant and provided support for some French language related inquires. The blue light in the bathroom was a very nice touch to an overall pleasant setting.

Due to the limited parking spaces provided by the hotel, traveling with a car each day to the beach is a bit problematic. I think the hotel can provide a bit more upfront information (like possible parking options, the fact that you can pay the parking through an app and see available parking zones, etc.). It was not that problematic for us, but the walls did not hold any noises - the people from the next room were occasionally very loud and we could hear them almost as if they were in our room. For some reason the elevator smelled a bit like diesel.

Central location. 3 mins walk from Santa Catalina parking. 10 mins away from the central bus station. Inside the citadel. Clean room and bathroom. I would stay here again for sure.

It was expensive. No fridge but they offered us the possibility to use the hotel's fridge. The sink in the bathroom was really small.

Impossible to find anything wrong. Would recommend to anyone. As we arrived at the airport I received a phone call asking where were we and when would we arrive. On arrival we were being watched out for. Breakfast was excellent. The room and shower were excellent. Shame we were only staying one night.

Great location, car park access was a bonus and we were lucky to find a spot each time. Room size was ample, late check out was a bonus!

For the price - breakfast included would have been appreciated but not a show stopper.

lovely hotel, high in the old town way above the port. Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable, simple but good breakfast. Safe garage for storing my bike.

Breakfast could have more local, fresh fruit, instead of the tired looking apples and pears. The noise from banging doors and the lift doors at 1am was not great.

Friendly, helpful receptionist. There is the old building, and a new wing. I stayed in the new wing. Large, clean, functional room. Good buffet breakfast. Quiet room off Main Street.

A small twin room with no private balcony but there was a small terrace on the street. The location was excellent for a lovely stroll around. There was also free, off street parking available.

I found the room to be a little stuffy as it wasn't possible to get a through breeze.
