Modern, spacious apartments, excellent location, 5 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked well, however, everything usable is missing (as others noted as well), so make sure you buy EVERYTHING before you come here. There is NO basic stuff like hand soap and trash bags.

In one of the bedrooms, there are constantly dead ants falling from the wooden ceiling beams. We raised this issue with the reception but it never got resolved. We stayed in apt #36.

We loved everything! The location was quiet and beautiful. The proximity to the beach and pool were wonderful and we barely shared it with anyone. The flat and facilities were clean and well tended.

Nice clean and quiet appartment located in St Giulia bay. Maintained large areal. Path from areal to beach.

Large areal - “long” trip from car to appartment, “long” trip to trashbins. “Long” trip to beach, also via car parking. Then round the beach to different part of bay where is free slot. Hard to eat out outside of main season - we had tapas :) in beach bar - lots of mosquitos on second day. Closed areal - no bakery service in the morning Apparment itself is equipped well for cooking, small supermarket is at beach, normal about 10 km away in the city. did not got the information that reception is in another areal, so complications at checkin. Recommend to ask for wifi network name and password when checking in. I had to return to reception and asked only for password, which was lenghty and did not match any of the visible networks.

Check-in time on booking is wrong (16h). They don’t allow guests to check-in before 17h. we had to wait 7 hours for check-in with a little baby even though we asked in advance for check-in in the morning and the hotel was almost completely empty. then one afternoon the water stopped working. Without notice in advance. when we asked when we will be able to use the toilet, shower etc. again we were told that they call us back with a time estimate. they never called back. a couple hours later water started to work again.

Fabulous fully equipped apartment, minutes from the beach. Unless you are happy to stay at the same beach for your entire trip, renting a car is a must. We discovered this and had to return to the airport to rent a vehicle. We would definitely come again, it’s a fabulous family friendly option, but a vehicle is a must!

Location was close to the beach. A car is needed to buy groceries etc.

There are no shops around the location. There are limited restaurants close by.

Careful! You can see it on booking, but unusual not to be included in the final price and therefore came unexpected for me: you have to pay 65€ extra for cleaning after your stay. It is a very exclusive area with just apartments all from the same company. So there is no restrants or supermarkets of the village (just of this campany, which are bad and crazy expensive!). You need a car there! They don't want you to use the kitchen: no oil, salt, coffee filter paper provided or even soap to wash the dishes. No soap in the bathroom.

Beautiful house, super close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica and very close to Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio.

Could see the dust and polen everywhere, looked not deep clean after the winter closure. What I DID NOT appreciate was that we went in low season (from saturday to saturday), Booking had 3 different prices and in the hotel they said the apartments were all the same. So we paid more for nothing. In the end, when requesting for a reimbursement, the hotel reception was saying that it was not their fault, that we should ask Booking, and Booking said the hotel is responsible for the different prices. No one supported, we paid more for nothing.

Location, pool

ROOM NOT LIVABLE - FULL OF INSECTS continuously falling from the ceiling. Hotel was full and agreed to refund (email confirmations from their Operations Director), we booked a room in a different establishment, but still no money transfer for more than a month. Booking.com says they wait for the refund from the hotel to refund me. Hotel says they are not able to wire the money to booking and say they’d wire it to me directly, but for 2 weeks no transfer. Hotel no longer answers my calls nor emails.
