Clean and space efficient bungalows with comfortable mattresses although dated interior as the images show (it truly has the small boat cabin feeling.) However, we were a family with teenagers and it was still ok for 4 nights. We upgraded to ocean view, and would have paid extra to have lived in the renovated units if they had been available. We only made breakfast there since the kitchen is very small. It’s a 5 min walk to a small grocery store where we bought fresh bread every morning and the big Spar store is 5 min drive away, but some traffic in the late afternoon. It’s about a 10 min walk along a path to the beach. The beach is beautiful, but quite full in July so best to be there before 10. We encountered less people at the Palombaggia beach. Good A/C! The staff in the reception were friendly and spoke English well.

Towels should be included in the rate.

The residence is in a very good location, just 10 min walk to Santa Giulia beach and within 20-30 min drive to lots of other great beaches (Palombaggia and San Ciprianu) and Bonifacio. The site was clean with a very nice small pool, great views over the bay, convenient parking and friendly staff. The apartments are compact and basic but had everything we needed for a family of 4 including comfortable beds and much needed air con.

Whilst clean and practical the decor of the apartments, bathroom and cooking facilities are looking tired and dated. Not the sort of accommodation where you want to spend much time inside but that was fine for our stay.

Beautiful views, very green, quiet area, high hill, free parking, Sandy beach 8 minutes walk. Rooms welll equipped (Residence). Free sunbeds at the pool. Reception available in the day. Location very good for short trip to Bonifacio or much less attractive Porto Vecchio. Car is the must to come here.

Pavements in many parts are a bit to fix, otherwise can be dangerous for older people. Expensive meals when you decide not to cook in your room.. Sunbeds at the beach for horrible high rates. Residence rooms without towels - can be rented on the spot. Residence room upper floor is accessed by very steep ladder-steps, surely not for any older client.

Great location, only 8 minutes walk to Santa Giulia. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable, large bed. Friendly and polite staff. Nice and quitet surroundings. Spacious free car park at the back, I was always able to find space during my stay (September 2023). I would recommend it and choose it for my next stay in Corsica. Just an advice, get something anti mosquitoes, like a candle or spirals to be able to sit at the balcony in the evening.

Swimmimg pool could be open longer than 19.30 and having a bar there would be great as well.

Superb property, situated on a green small hill, very peaceful and quiet area for pure relaxation. It's very close (5 min. walking, not very big altitude difference) to one of the best beaches in South Corsica, Santa Gulia.

Although there are visible efforts to maintain everything, there are some things that can be improved like fixtures and plumbing.

The pool was lovely, but closed early. Check in wasn’t until 5pm, which after a long flight/drive is not what you want. We arrived before 3pm. The accommodation was clean, simple and what we paid for, but there wasn’t even a bottle opener and when I asked at the reception desk to borrow one, it was a chore. The bread delivery was perfect!

We asked, paid for a garden view, the “garden” was SO overgrown, you couldn’t see anything!

Location (near the beach), and near to Porto-vechio.

Good facilities. Sheets and bedding included. Towels chargeable extra. Launderette on site, tokens from reception €5: both washers and dryers. On site restaurant serving only pizza takeaway. Nice pool.

Pool closes at early 1930. Bit of a late all to the beach but only about 7mins.

Great location just a quick stroll away from the amazing beach. Situated on the hillside we had a beautiful view of the beach from our apartment and the refreshing pool a few steps away. Helpful staff.

The location is fantastic in an exceptional landscape The accommodation in itself is functional but gods all the same . Although we would have appreciated some elements such as salt and pepper … even if it is a self catering residence. if you are staying during the high season watch out there are many MOSQITOES !!

no essentials ( salt , pepper, …) to eat or clean (soaps) …it’s a pity
