Fantastic place which has beautiful rooms, with comfortable bedsn and facilities. It is a great setting with stunning views from the King rooms terrace (well worth treating yourself to that if it's available) and conveniently located for local transport (and i think they have a garage if you have a car). Best of all are the incredible hosts. Sharon and Declan provide a warm welcome, make you feel at home, give a good breakfast and are genuinely friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend highly enough. Oh, and they have a pool. Yes, it is a B&B with an actual pool!

🏨 This was a loveliest stay, the hosts Sharon, Declan are great, extremely friendly and helpful, even finding candles for the Saturday. ☕ The breakfast was great, and what's especially I'm thankful for, the breakfast was present even if I sometimes slept a bit too late. 🏡 There's a small common room with tea, coffee, and a microwave; the common room is connected to a lovely inner garden area. 🚪 The room was lovely as well, with beautiful view. Wi-fi worked well even if it was a high floor. It was nice and quiet at nights. 📍 The location is very convenient, the bus stop is just outside at the corner, and the train station is within a short walk. Also nearby within a short walk is Lidl. 🐕 P.S. say hi to Lily

We had the room with a sunroom and balcony and a view that was priceless! The homemade breakfast was incredible and if we are ever fortunate enough to come back, we would in a heartbeat. Loved the owners and all the information they provided us with.

It didn’t bother us but I would advise backpacks or small luggage, you will be in an incredible old house and be on the 2nd or 3rd floor up a winding circular staircase.

It was a very charming house and a really lovely room. Perfect combination of old world charm and modern convenience. The room was spacious with high ceilings. The bathroom was completely remodeled and modern. Bed was super comfortable. Our hosts were very gracious. They recommended and made dinner reservations for us at a lovely restaurant. Breakfast was very good and a perfect way to start our day. Parking on site. Highly recommend this place!

Great location for walking in the Pyrenees. Breakfasts were good. Owner/hosts were very helpful including kindly offering to do our cloth washing.

Prades was very quiet/closed in the evenings with many unsavoury looking people hanging around. We were fine but stuck to main roads to walk to restaurants.

The hosts (Sharon and Declan) were exceptional, the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and very good. Garden with terrace where we could have breakfast in good weather. Pool was small but perfect for a swim after being outside all day. Wonderful views of the Canigou from the window. It’s a delightful place. Its charm lies in the seamless blend of a lovingly restored historic building with elegant modern conveniences like the pool.

The location was good. There was secure parking at the back of the property. Our Hosts were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing.

Very friendly reception and constant assistance from Sharon and Declan throughout our stay. Delicious breakfast. Very useful tips for visiting the region. Spacious accommodation in this old house where they have maintained it's cachet while caring well for the property and garden. We loved our stay! Sharon and Declan could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having long and delicious breakfasts on the terrace. It was also wonderful to be able to cool off in the pool after a day hike. We appreciated the opportunities to interact with the other guests, and we liked the Prades market very much. Definitely recommend this place!
