It was such an easy stay and after an 8hr drive it needed to be . Room was lovely had everything you needed, including coffee making facilities, and being on the ground floor, the terrace was an additional bonus.

Whilst the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you, checking in took longer than it needed to, the phone rang several times, was answered and dealt with, it felt like I didn't matter, check me in and let me go to my room 5 minutes not take 2 or 3 calls and have me waiting. Apologies were made each time the phone rang.

The breakfast was fine.... the only thing not that good was the scrambled eggs.... good pastries and good selection of coldcuts and cheeses. The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations for restaurants in the very nice town center.

The complementary towels for the pool were very small

Lovely welcoming reception area and staff. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean, towels soft, bed so comfy and everything thought of. Grounds and pool very well cared for. Couldn't fault it at all and would certainly recommend and visit without doubt when next in area.

It was conveniently located, clean, with helpful pleasant staff, available parking, and comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast!

The room was a little small and the deodorizer aroma in the hallway was too strong. The breakfast was more expensive than we would have liked, but comprehensive with delicious options.

Great location only a short walk into Prades town centre. Also within easy reach of other towns in the area and some lovely walks. Hotel was very quiet even though on a busy road.

The hotel doesn't have a lift which was a bit of a problem with heavy bags if you are on the first floor. The balcony could have been cleaner, clearly the previous occupant had been a smoker as we could see evidence of this.

We chose this Hotel due to reviews and also being in Prades it meant we could use it as a base and venture out and explore from here. The staff where very friendly and most helpful. A buffet breakfast offered both hot and cold options (from scrambled eggs and bacon through to typical european breakfast options of salamis and cheese). We had a ground level room, with a little patio and easy access to the pool, umbrellas and loungers. Most of the hotel rooms have a great view of the Pyrenees. Plenty of parking available and easy access. Also suitable for those bringing or arriving by bike. We had dinner 3 x nights at the hotel - we were there in summer so chose to take our evening meal by the pool...plenty of selection, (usually one hot meat dish and fish dish to select from and plenty of variety of different salads, cold meats and cheeses and the buffet of desserts top quality (flans, cheesecakes, fruit salads, fresh fruit slices) Certainly value for money. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. Don't miss the Prades local markets held on a Tuesday morning... just a short walk from the Hotel and definitely worth going to.

Breakfast buffet is located inside the dining room, off the main lobby. It offers both continental and standard anglo saxon fares. The quality and consistency of the viennoiseries are excellent and consistent. Both standard and fresh squeezed juices are offered.A moddern hot drinks machine offers a variety of coffees; and chocolates. There also was a choice of 16different kinds of teas. The staff was pleasant and accomodating and willing to go out of their way to help the clients: A number a nicely placed tables were also available facing the pool and the very pleasant garden

The staff were friendly and helpful. The selection at breakfast was extensive and the scrambled eggs were really fresh. The morning receptionist was really helpful with our onward travel.

The in-house restaurant was closed due to a staff shortage. Shame we weren't told as we would have factored this in. By the time we got out to find a restaurant they were all closing, despite being close by. Macdonald's provided food, but not our idea of a pleasant meal to end the day. Otherwise it is a recommendation.

Modern decor, opportunity to relax in the swimming pool area, superb food (both evening meal and breakfast), very friendly receptionist, short walk to the centre of the town.
