The view over the old city from our room, was breathtaking. And seeing hot air balloons rise up from the valley early mornings, on the weekend, was really memorable. There was a lovely 'cafe-culture' to this hotel. A great place to sit with an aperetif and people watch. Excellent value for money; and a superb breakfast; the room was very clean and so comfortable after a day walking around Rocamadour. Access to the private pool (actually situated at the sister Logi hotel only a couple of hundred feet away) was an added bonus. So nice to relax and sunbathe in the late afternoon. Thank you to your team. We had a wonderful stay!

It’s all about the location, the view of the old town from our room was fabulous! Bright room, nicely decorated. Good breakfast choices and staff friendly. Good parking for our motorbike right under our room.

Sadly our sliding doors did not lock as the lock was broken so we had to put the metal shutter down every time we went out as the room could easily have been entered from the outside. The bathroom sink tap spun round as it was broken and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom. I didn’t realise Foie Gras is so popular in this area. I find it very upsetting that this cruelty still goes on and I believe the hotel serve it as its advertised on the menu on the website.

The address provided by Booking.com was woefully incomplete ("L'hospitalet" which refers to the entire neighbourhood). We arrived to Rocamadour by car, at night, in the pouring rain, and spent a frustrating 15 minutes trying to find the hotel. In the end, we were forced to call the property by phone with poor connectivity, attempt to make ourselves understood, and get sufficient oral instructions to find the correct route to the hotel ("Voie Sainte at Route de la Cite"). Booking ought to provide sufficient detail to enable a client to reach the destination.

We were made very welcome when we arrived the chap that checked was very cheery and we had a few laughs with him. The evening meal and breakfast was most enjoyable and the restaurant had views of the valley. Will definitely use the hotel again and would highly recommended it to friends. A first class establishment.

Amazing setting in L’Hospitalet with wonderful views across to Rocamadour. Simple, good quality, fairly small room, good breakfast & friendly welcoming staff. Excellent value & a great place to use as a base for exploring the area.

Not much! The shower was a bit small with a curtain so it was easy to make a mess of the bathroom floor

We had an amazing time at Hotel Le Belvédère. The views of the medieval city from our bedroom’s balcony were breathtaking! Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated, but what we loved the most were the people at Hotel Le Belvédère. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, specially a young man named Andreas! He did everything in his power to help us in spite of our language limitations! He was also our server at the restaurant, and I did my best to explain that I was a vegetarian, ne listened patiently and recommended a dish that I truly enjoyed! I highly recommend staying at this hotel over staying in the old city because it is a close drive (or a 15 minute walk) and you get a better view of the city during the day and with the night lights!

The speaker for the music for the restaurant was just underneath my window so the bass thump started before noon And kept on till 22:00. Was a bit much (room#5) I’m sure many rooms did not have that problem.

The view of Rocamadour was stunning. Dinner and breakfast were very good, and at a reasonable price.

The flies when eating dinner were a big problem. The site is described initially as having an outdoor pool. It is only if you read on, that you find out that the pool is at another hotel 300 metres away.

The hotel was in a really good location, only 15 minute walk to the old town of Rocamadour. It’s on a slight hill and has great views of Rocamadour during the day or night. The room was nice, comfortable and had really good AC. Plus the hotel has plenty of parking spaces for its guests.

The room had a lack of sockets to charge your items. There were also no sockets next to the bed to charge your phone in the evening. The shower head holder is not adjustable so the water poured at a slightly awkward angle. There were pictures of a pool on Booking that we assume was somewhere located within hotel grounds, but we were never told if that pool exists or where is it located. However, the hotel price was such a steal and its location in the Rocamadour these are minors things that should not deter you from staying here and I would highly recommend picking this hotel for your stay in Rocamadour!

A great time, may thanks. And a delicious meal in the restaurant. One tiny thing... The music from downstairs can be heard in the bedrooms. Especially the base. It all stopped at 23.00, which was good. But perhaps it need not been so loud, or bassy? Otherwise, excellent. Best regards, David Harris
