We passed about a week without body soap until we left the hotel.

The bed is not comfortabel and it was near the out door., matras and pillow was really nit comfortabel. There was at night always noise from the bad room . There is no heater of anything to warm the flat. The frying pans was completely damage. Parking to hard to get it.

The establishment was horrible and very bad looking not to mention the smell. It looked more like a shelter for people with drug and alcohol problems. Impossible to sleep with the bad smell. Establishment in poor condition. There was no toilet paper, nor anything to put the trash in. There were 3 of us(2 children) in a room and there was only one towel. The bathroom is almost impossible to enter and looks more like a plastic box Lack of lights on the ceiling and the ones they have were loose, a danger for those with children. The bar of the top bed comes loose, a danger as well. Breakfast limited, very little limited. Bathroom at the entrance of the establishment with very bad smell and the door open impossible to breathe. Departure time before noon, because at noon there is already another person entering and we are still there inside the room. Lack of organization in this aspect. They give the other person a key without knowing that there are still people leaving. And for those who don't know the village, it's hard to find, the GPS doesn't give us the exact place.

The staff were polite

The hygiene of the beds were beyond unacceptable, underneath the disposable mattress cover was loads of human hair and brown stuff, I was that tired to ask for a refund and find another hotel as I was driving a large vehicle. I just stayed in my clothes and covered my pillow with a towel. I would never stay in this hotel again even if I was paid
