Comfortable and spacious. Great location. Staff was very friendly

There was a rock festival going on that weekend and it was difficult to get the hotel or to get parking. Ideally, the hotel should have proactively reached out to us. We still were able to eventually figure it out but there were barricades everywhere and we could not get to the hotel. Also, our apartment/room was on the top floor and there was no elevator. That was a bit frustrating to not have a lift an to carry 50lbs bags up 5 flights of stairs. It would have been nice if they would have offered service for that.

We booked an apartment online but were offered a room in the hotel on arrival. Staff were very friendly, and the location was right in the middle of town. The receptionist very kindly helped to push our car on departure as it wouldn't start!!

We struggled to locate the hotel initially. This was due to road closures, so it's no fault of the hotel.

Comfortable bed. Large room. Great location - walk to all sites in the old town. Excellent restaurant and bar. One of the reception ladies (seemed the more experienced of the two) was friendly and helpful. Bike storage in secure courtyard (but not undercover).

Cold bathroom floor. No shower screen. We didn’t find the safe until checkout day (but we later found it did say in the room information where to find it). Smokers in the courtyard under our window.

Breakfast was very good. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was exceptional but the service incredibly slow.

Our room was pretty small and had only a small window which was too high to see out of. There was hardly any space to hang or store clothing. If the menu had changed during our stay we would have eaten in the restaurant again but it was very limited. The hotel was very difficult to find.

Excellently located in the centre of the town with some but limited parking. We booked the rooms with the kitchen that turn out to be in the annex next door. Comfortable beds and small but nice spa.

The bathroom had a very strange smell and being on the square it was a bit noisy with the windows open - no air conditioning.

We stayed in one of the apartments as they have a fridge kettle and cooker, can't say anything bad bout the place, staff are brilliant as well

Breakfast is a bit pricey if your not a big eater

The restaurant exceeded our expectations, the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The private parking was unavailable and very limited.

It was in a good location. The staff were very helpful on arrival. The restaurant serves delicious food and also at value for money.

The atmosphere was very poor and some of the staff appeared somewhat disinterested/bored

The best hotel in town. Perfectly located. Comfortable bed. Lovely restaurant. Water provided.

Parking only by pre booking. No considerate. Room quite small but adequate

All of it, especially the restaurant for our evening meal.

Only the breakfast let you down the scrambled eggs although just brought out were stone cold
