The property location is really well situated. It's in a street that is almost at the centre of most things, meaning all I had to do was walk most of the time. Rennes major centre is about 20 minutes walk, and you can pass by the park. The Alma shopping complex is also another 20 minutes walk and so are most things. The staff we great in my opinion. Very helpful and supportive.

That most of the stuff did not speak English and I had to rely on ChatGPT and Google translate. The room was also a lot smaller than I expected and there wasn't a lot of amenities so to speak. I also did not like that you pay separately for the breakfast. Given the price, it should be breakfast inclusive in my opinion.

The environment was cool. I took a walk on Friday at midnight all the way to St. Jaques Gaite from the hotel. The place is quiet and good for thinking. The staff will answer your questions promptly and give very good suggestions as well. There is the Maltiere bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can take the C6 Aeroport/St. Jacques de la Lande bus direct from Gares Rennes and land right in front of the hotel, then walk about 10 steps to the door. Highly efficient for first-time travellers to Rennes. Free drinking water, consistent running water (hot/cold) with good temperature controlled rooms. I wanted to stay in all day too. If I visit Rennes or any other place with a Campanile hotel, I think I'll use the same hotel if the service is this way everywhere. Thank you

I don't think I have anything else to add because I didn't see any issues. I didn't ask the staff, but it would be nice if they allowed guests to cook their own foods and charge some kind of fee for using the kitchen amenities.

Conveniently located near the metro station, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to reach any destination. The environment was peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Room Service was not free of charge

Everything we needed for an overnight pit stop with the dog. Slept wonderfully and had a good shower and breakfast.

The restaurant was closed for evening meals at the weekend and we didn't know this when we booked. The Brasserie pizzeria Marius at L'Ortega hotel over the road was open though so we were able to go there. The Campanile just suggested 'snacking' which wasn't very helpful!

Good value location for easy access to Rennes historic centre.

During or stay at this location the room temperature controls were set too hot and could not be changed by the guest. We did raise this issue with management who tried to rectify the issue.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the reception and bar area very clean. the rooms clean and the tea and coffee a good bomus. we did have breakfast booked but had to leave to early to try it.

we had booked breakfast and arrnaged with the reception that we could haver it before we had to leave for the airport at 4:50 am after we were told that the person on the night duties would not have time to set up the breakfast for us. strange really anything would have been better than nothing. so we lost money on that

There is no sign on the road except to the next door gym be ready to turn at the junction just before the hotel

The room is wonderful, even if it's next to a big road, you don't hear the traffic much. The bed is big and comfortable. The room is spacious and modern

The breakfast is in a small room, there's not enough choice in my opinion, but what's there is good

Easy to find parking on site

Overnight before our bike trip in Brittany. Hotel personnel very bike-positive. Great breakfast, practical, clean rooms. We left our cars for a week in the parking. Top location for our trip!
