The receptionist was very nice and welcoming! The room was pretty nice, fully-equipped, the bathroom is very clean. The whole room is not too big but for me spacious enough for a couple. The location was pretty convenient : right in the central area (we could walk from the train station straight to the hotel) and super close to the restaurants, coffee shop, etc.

The pillow's cover was not super clean - we saw some pen's marks on the cover.

Location was excellent for walking distance from the centre .The bedroom was very dark compared to the picture and no toiletries ,it was adequate.Breakfast was limited but better than Renne’s.The staff were very nice and helpful and spoke very good English.We really enjoyed our stay in both cities.

Brighter rooms and bigger choice for breakfast.

Central location. Staff exceptionally helpful. Comfortable bed. Clean. Really good bathroom, instant hot water and excellent hairdryer. Water on tap at reception a nice touch.

My room could have done with extra lighting as at the back and small window.

Breakfast was very good, however if you came at 9.30 the buffet would not be replenished. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Location was perfect, very close to the town. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was very small, the shower and basin were inside the bedroom which was a bit strange and the toilet was tiny. No conditioner and I didn’t have any shampoo so had to ask for it. Noisy outside as there was an outside dining area right opposite my room.

I was surprised that room was not cleaned after my first night but it could be because of the 1st January. I hope.

Everything: good location closed to the historical center. Breakfast, amenities (even a kettle and a coffee machine in the room), view. Fast check in and check out, friendly staff

Noise from the street. And somebody was walking around on the top floor (or on the roof) during the whole night and I couldn't sleep

Great location and great value. The beds are always amazing. Air con was great on on arrival

My sons room (attic) did not have air con and it was the hottest day of the year so he slept on the floor in my room. (It was late at night so I didn’t go to reception). Also there was building work going on

It was a good sized room with a large comfortable bed. The room and ensuite were modern and clean. Staff were very welcoming. It is in a good location linking different parts of the city.

Resources for cleaning the rooms were kept on trolleys in the hallway, covered with a sheet.

Really nice buffet breakfast. Unfortunately we were not at the hotel very long having arrived in the afternoon exhausted from overseas flight from Montreal. Still, we were very grateful for the excellent buffet. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable.

The room is small but clean, sweet and meet all I need. Everything there is good to me, and location is close to Couvent des Jacobins, also not too far from train station. Walking distance.
