Great location and golf tennis and canoeing available.

Only as advice and not criticism I think kids menu was a bit weird. With younger children and adults I guess)it’s normal to nap in the afternoon when temperature is at its highest. Unfortunately the cleaners only came to c 4&5 between 3-4pm. So that was a bit of a pain but was resolved once we asked. Finally we had really dirty towel out in our room as a fresh one and when I got a fresh one it also has lipstick on it so suggest speak to your cleaning agency unless all done in house. Spa was great too!!! We had a fab time and will be back for sure. thank you especially to the team on the front desk. Great service and advice always.

Upgraded to suite with a kitchen - very good. Great walking trails and very dog friendly. Lovely bar area where you can eat with dog or you could eat outside in terrace. Restaurant looked nice. Staff were very helpful. Nice bathroom shower gel/lotion same as in spa (didn’t visit) we arrived at 7.30pm and left 7.30am so didn’t explore facilities further.

Room could have been a little better cleaned, think it had been unoccupied for a while & not freshened up.

Nice, spacious room,

No air conditioning (there was installed but they didn't let it working centrally) hot in the room, and as the door /windows were opening to an open corridor, were people were walking up and down, we couldn't let the door open as it was unpleasant to here people's discussions who were walking and also you couldn't sleep calm with the knowledge that anybody could step in in your room during the night. An other deception was that they were advertasing 1h free golf lesson for every guest but it was not possible to use it only one in a week on Sunday, so who came only for a day during the week couldn't get the lesson

A lot of green, the lake, silance, large rooms, balconies, breakfast, restaurant for dinner, ample parking areas, very nice staff.. And a very good value for money. What you see in the pictures is what you find there.

If you look in detail you can find weak points. I didn't find anything significant...

Only minor things: A little mold in the bathroom, but probably not much you can do against that Not very sound-proof, you could here door closings etc. through the doors, but in general with the lakes super calm place

Outstanding hotel. Outstanding rooms.

Stay was spoilt by breakfast experience. A substance vaguely resembling scrambled egg + bacon were on offer. Both were cold and unedible. Waitress was made aware but did not respond in anyway whatsoever.

We had a big and comfortable family room. The facilities not new but there were ok. We didn't use the spa, it cost extra fee. The breakfast is basic, like in France. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

a two bedroom apartment, fully equipped and absolutely massive. Beautiful setting with balconies overlooking trees and lakes.

For some reason there was no coffee in the room. There was decaf and there was a coffee machine but no coffee. This might be something to do with the wellness centre, or we were just unlucky ;)

Location of room, ease of parking. Spacious comfortable suite. Bath ok but wet room safer as shower access dangerous especially when disabled or aged.

Room facilities No dressing gowns or slippers as last time. No utensils or china so unable to eat and heat in the oven as last time No tea or milk No coffee just a machine. Some items were provided on request I had been assured when booking that the room I asked for was available and pencilled in however on arrival we were told not available and put in another room which in the event had a better view but no facilities as above

Everything was perfect customer service was top notch. My room was very clean and tidy when I arrived. The food was excellent especially breakfast.
