realised we would be arriving late so telephoned to ask about check in. Advised automated self check in at front door. All did go smoothly but it was a worry until we actually got in! Car park was good. Location was odd, seemingly on a business park. Noisy from main road traffic overnight. Room/bed was fine, bathroom OK too. Breakfast staff on hand & busy clearing & replenishing which was appreciated. Breakfast buffet & area very pleasant.

On using the auto check in it said our code would be emailed - we didn't have access to email but luckily could display on screen too! Traffic was noisy. bathroom door catch was faulty.

Nice modern hotel with small rooms (they're big enough for us though) but for the price that is fine. Great value. Breakfast was adequate - bacon and sausage was a nice addition to the continental selection.

It didn't affect us during our one night stay but the fact the hotel is not staffed overnight is bizarre and could potentially case a number of issues. Just employ someone!!

The room was good, beds very comfortable. It felt very secure and tidy. It was very easy to get to town on the bus and there were bus timetables in the lobby which was really helpful. The Breakfast was very nice and the yogurts were very delicious. It would definitely be a place we'd stop at again, excellent location and friendly staff.

I didn't like that the windows on the 4th floor opened fully, I felt that this could be unsafe if people leaned out or wanted to harm themselves. I didn't like that the baby chair for the breakfast was stored in the disabled toilet. It didn't feel very hygienic and might also stop the room from being very accessible for wheelchair users. The hotel was non-smoking, but the lobby still smelt like smoke, so maybe some signs to a smoking area would help to move smokers away from the entrance would be helpful.

1) Automatic check-in system is excellent. 2) Beds were very comfortable. 3) Room was clean enough. 4) The location is only 4-5 stops away from the center of Rennes by metro. 5) Parking area is wide and useful. 5) Very calm and quiet at night.

1) It was a little bit expensive than it should be. 2) Hair dryer is not located in the room, I had to retrieve it in the morning at reception. 3) Early check-in is not possible due to the automatic check-in system (Just be aware of that)

Family room was a really good lay out with the kids sleeping in a different section of the room. The shower was really powerful which was great. The breakfast was plenty for what we needed and was a great start for our day. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming.

It was the perfect accommodation for my short stay! Clean, modern, efficient and with at a very fair price!

The only thing worth mentioning that was not "perfect" would be the location, since it's a little way away from the city center. But since I was there with a car, this was no problem at all. Just be aware that walking to the center would probably take about half an hour.

Good value for money. Room as expected for this chain. Simple stripped down to basic functionality. Bed super comfortable lighting good bathroom excellent. Very clean. Wifi fast great sound isolation. And you can open the window! Ability to auto check in useful but always appreciate having a receptionist. I was given a room with a better outlook which was much appreciated. Both staff members I met were very helpful. Location a long hike from the town centre but bus stop 50 m away with an excellent service.

Why do they never have tea and coffee in the room? in this day and age that is unacceptable really, especially after you have been travelling all day.

Convenient location for a stop off. The late check-in was handy as we were delayed. Arrived at midnight and had to use the auto check-in but it was easy to use. Comfortable room, basic but ample breakfast.

The location was great for my onward journey. The breakfast had a large selection. Reasonably priced restaurant within walking distance.

Can not think of anything that could be improved!
