The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a balcony and was situated at the back overlooking the courtyard , which meant it was very quiet. The hotel is situated in a very busy and vibrant medieval area, it was great to be so close to everything. The Saturday market was amazing and well worth a visit.

The location of this hotel was superb with a subway nearby and lots of cafe bars and walking distance to the shops. Would definitely stay at this location again. The reception team were friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good.

We wished we had known about the market, as market day is Saturday and we missed it. Apparently it is right outside the property but that would have been noisy. The cafe bars were noisy outside, even on a Monday. The photo is of the old houses opposite, no photos of the hotel outside.

Cant get more central than this. Room had AC which was needed in the heat! Lovely shower and a stocked mini fridge. All the different staff members were fantastic

2 single beds pushed together meant I slept 3 nights falling into the gap, double beds should be provided for couple or a mattress topper, couldn’t have done a 4th night like that. Although the single beds were comfy.

Breakfast was great. Especially fruits pots, breads and coffee machine. Location excellent. Staff very accommodating.

Beds Very narrow. Noise on sat night, needed earlier plugs to drown out.

Location excellent in the centre of the beautiful old town. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Very good value.

Central location, very clean, helpful staff, especially Jane and good at helping us store our bicycles overnight.

Lift starts at first floor. Street noise disturbed those sleeping in rooms at front into the night - didn't realise there was aircon

It was all good really, being picky a more accessible bike store but otherwise all ok or better

the staff and facilities were great, and they had just been through a riot that smashed all the windows. They work extremely hard through bad times in politics, and made me feel very welcome

The broken windows at the entrance, but this was not the fault of the hotel. I am thankful that they let me stay at a very difficult time for the country. i will come back

I stayed in an ensuite room in the hotel while waiting to be able to get into my student accommodation, and I really enjoyed my stay here. It was really conveniently located near the centre of the town and was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.

Access to rooms for our mother 84 if possible n a wheelchair you can’t access the rooms, very small lifts with steps separating both lifts.
