Room facilities and decor good.

The accommodation is located on quite busy road leading to/from the train station. My room was at the front of the building. Because of the summer heat, I had the window open all night. But with people passing, and the noise from the neighbouring fast-food outlet, I didn't get much sleep at all. And at 6:15 on Sunday morning, the street cleaners arrived with their noisy vacuum!! I would recommend asking for a room at the rear

The place is very well located, 2min walk to the station, with a lot of bars and restaurants around. It was easy to get the keys from the main hotel (where we left our suitcases until we could get the keys). The residence has a small elevator. It was clean and all appliances working. We only stayed 1 night and didn't use the shared facilities but they looked good and practical.

It was quite hot in there (last floor) and the little portable fan didn't help much. Some aircon or a bigger fan might be needed for summer.

Everything was great about the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They helped me in early check-in and were readily available if i had any problem. The location, cleanliness, and ambience of the room was great. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the location of the hotel is perfect, close to bus, metro, and main train station of Rennes.

Only the wifi was a bit weird, it kept disconnecting every few minutes, I don't know why. But I didn't complain about it to the staff because I did not stay indoors much. The common room fridge may need to be cleaned because my section had some fungus growing in one corner. But again, it wasn't an issue for me since I barely used the common kitchen and common room.

Good location close to the railway station and next to the Museum of Brittany. Small room, but good value for money and a good place to explore Rennes and to do some day trips (Mont St.Michel, Vitre). I expected some traffic noise, but the room was suprisingly quite even altough it was facing the street.

City tax was more than expected.

Perfect place, nearby trains and buses. Friendly staff. Simple but comfortable and clean room with everything you need. There is common kitchen with all equipment - clean and good organized: in the kitchen for every room is its own fridge and box for food. Thank for hospitality!

For the fridge an the box it must be a key in the room. The manager informed me. But there was no key - probably a former guest took it with him. So, I was not able to use a fridge and a box. I think it would be better to keep keys at the receiption.

Excellent value. Kitchen downstairs for teas, coffees and DIY meals - bring your own supplies though.

Remote check-in was a faff. You check -in at the main hotel who give you a print out with the PINs you need to access the residence. This could all have been an email.

The room was clean and neat, looked rather new. Considering the price this was wonderful. Also the location was great, being right in front of the station (only a few minutes' walk) and also the city center is still within a walking distance.

- The room was a little dim, at least for me as a Japanese. - Sound isolation was not perfect, though this was not much of a problem for me this time.

The apartment was tiny but had everything i needed. I had to stop in Rennes for one night while travelling from another part of Bretagne back to Germany, so i really appreciated the proximity to the train station. It's definitely ok for one night.

The wifi didn't work and the breakfast at Le Sevigné didn't convince me.

Clean comfortable little room, well situated 10 minutes walk from Rennes rail station, quiet at night, possibility to cook your meal in the common kitchen downstairs. The internet was quite fast.

On arrival, there was no reception and I could not enter because this is a small extension of the Sevigne Hotel with automatic functioning. I had to call reception and go there, which was ten minutes walk to get the code. Apparently, I missed the email where all this was explained, and it was not clearly stated when booking.

Centrally located. Train & bus stations are only a 5 minutes walk. Little studio but everything was clean, comfortable bed, but most of all, very nice, wonderful and helpful staff!!! Kitchen was fully equipped, dining & lounge areas were nicely appointed.

Wi-fi was bad for my first 3 nights!!! I had to go to the main hotel to have wi-fi, instead of in the convenience of my room. No a/c in the ground floor.
