The hotel is very well located, close to the centre and to the main train station. The room was confortable, small but well arranged. The reception staff was perfect, with a smile and great suggestions for dinner. I had to work after check out and they gave me a table in their restaurant, with wifi and a good coffee. I stayed for lunch and the menu was very nice, not a big menu offer but starter/main dish or main dish/dessert options at a good price. I will certainly go back to this hotel next time in Rennes

Contrary to what other reviews here said (if I remember correctly), the wifi worked well in my room and there was no problem with them storing my rucsac on the last day after I checked out. The location is only a few hundred yards from the train station in the direction of the old town. The staff were very helpful, and one of them spoke good English. Comfortable bed and nice warm water.

There was only a QR code in the room to provide further details, and I couldn't get this to work (site not available). So I had to go to reception to ask for the wifi password. Guests have no key for the outside door, so must ring a bell after 22:00. They said that someone was on duty 24 h, but I would have been concerned about disturbing them late at night.

We spent three nights in the hotel. Great location next to the train station and amazing restaurants near by. Very walkable. It was great being so close to the train and bus station as it made day trips very easy.

The hotel is perfectly located near the train station and the major landmarks of Rennes, including a great selection of restaurants that can be easily accessed by foot. The staff is very friendly and goes through all lengths to accommodate our requests. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and even kept some food in their refrigerator for us. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very minor comments -- the door was a bit difficult to open with the keycard.

It would have been nice to have a bit more storage in the room (perhaps a cupboard, shelves, hooks, mounted to the wall so as not to take up floor space).

A hotel with a great central location and wonderful staff. At check-in we got an extensive explanation of good things to do while in Rennes, and all of the staff were very kind about helping us with small accommodations like dropping off bags early and working at a space table in dining room in the early morning that made things extra easy.

The location is superb if you make Rennes your camp base for making different day trips outside the city (Mont St.Michel, Dinan) - the train station is at a stone’s throw. The best thing, however, was the hotel’s staff who did everything to make you feel at home. Merci beaucoup!

Good value for money hotel, very close to train station which was a great bonus for us, as we had to leave early morning, but also an easy walk to the old town. Helpful host and nice clean room.

Good value for money over night stay in a central location . 15 minutes walk to the cathedral .

The parking is on street and is very expensive, you don’t pay from 7pm to 9 am thank fully , but we felt it was very expensive. Not the hotels fault .

Convenient location being walking distance from rail station (and therefore main bus routes) and from the town centre. Good selection of restaurants nearby including one in the hotel.
