Big well designed bedroom with cooking facilities - not a studio exactly but possible to prepare simple meals and eat comfortably at a good sized table. Shower room good sized, with plenty of room for toiletries and an easy to use shower, no fiddling around with dials etc. Unfortunately the garden was out of bounds when we stayed as they're doing some work out there but it would be a very pleasant place to sit out with a drink or coffee. Staff at Reception very helpful.

Nothing but I've got a feeling our south facing room would have been very hot had the weather been warm, as it was it was quite stuffy.

It’s close to carrefour express for some of the food shopping needed if you’re wanting to prepare your own. Close to the town square for a look around. The apartment has plenty of space. Pretty complete cooking utensils and pots and pans.

It would help if we are aware how to get to the parking garage in the beginning of the trip and no place to temporarily park your car. Bed are not the most comfortable but to be fair not a lot of place can be put as ‘comfortable’.

Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the city center - restaurants, shops, etc. Parking was right in the building. Hotel room was a mini-apartment with kitchen, coffeemaker, refrigerator, etc. Breakfast bar was terrific - lots of choices.

The biggest challenge was parking our car in the neighborhood so we could get into the hotel and reception desk where we picked up the parking lot access fob. Once we had the fob, no problem, but there was no easy or obvious place to park our car to get into the building to pick up the fob.

Very good location, few minutes on foot to city center. Room was tidy and clean. There were kitchenette in room with refrigerator, microwave oven, and sink. Bed was wide and very comfortable. Very robust wi-fi network. On breakfasts breads were very good and orange juice was squeezed from fresh fruits. Nice and friendly hotel's cat sometimes walked around the lobby.

Breakfasts could be a little more varied, scrambled eggs were often cold, there were often no cold cuts or only very few slices.

The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes of walking from the center. The facilities are nice and it was spotlessly clean. The private car parking is also great. Staff was also nice and helpful.

WiFi works but is at times a bit slow. It would be nice to get a code or so for the parking ahead of time, so you don't need to park on the road in front of the hotel, do the check-in, and only then can move the car to the parking.

Loved that it had a kitchen and that it was near the old center. It was very quiet with a nice view of the back garden area. Nice to have a fan in the room. The staff were great and the reception area was nice with maps, books and filtered water.

I don’t think there was anything we did not like.

The staff were exceptional. They were professional, helpful and friendly. They were also very understanding and accommodating of different requests. The communal areas were friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed the selection of games whilst waiting to travel to the airport.

The room itself wasn't friendly or welcoming. It felt closed in and lacked space once the sofa bed was pulled out. The entry way to the apartment was huge, dead space.

This hotel was exceptionally good value for money! A fantastic location, walking distance from the station and some gorgeous bars and restaurants - I honestly couldn’t fault it! Really flexible check-in times, efficient check-in process. Great basic cooking facilities (hobs and microwave) Really lovely comfortable bed. Such a bargain! I will go out of my way to specifically book Aparthotels in other locations based on my experience here.

I liked the water server near the reception, which is good both for the environment and also for the pocket! Thanks! The laundry room is also a plus for a family traveling with small children.

The bathroom had poor drained shower. While we were showering, the water did not drain well and it did not feel hygienic.

Staff was very friendly, there was underground parking (for very reasonable fee), location is 10 min away from downtown Rennes, beds were comfortable.

The heating panel is limited to 20 °C, so in winter it can get a bit chilly. However, the blankets were thick enough to compensate.
