We stayed for three nights and needed to have a small kitchen. The kitchen is really small but sufficient for a small meal or breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom very spacious. Very quiet.

The parking cost 5 EUR per day. Given how far from the center the hotel is, for sure you will arrive with a car. You need to convalidate the ticket at the reception every time you're leaving (even of you pay just once per night), so remember to keep the ticket with you.

We stayed here because friends had booked it and we were travelling with them. We were only staying for one night enroute to Bordeaux. It was very clean and had a compact well equipped kitchen. View of goats in the field opposite was lovely ☺️ The breakfast was good, lots of options.

I can't really fault anything. It exceeded expectations. there was no aircon but I don't like that at night anyway and it was quite warm but not an issue for me.

Everything looks new. The room was well prepared for us. Easy to park our rental car, the parking charge is considerably cheap. Supermarket is within walking distance. Suitable for a couple with kids. The main bed is superb

The television is literally small. The sofa bed, even though looking new and super clean, but it bent a bit. Thus I had a back arch.

The staff of the hotel was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. Metro line B which comes every 5 minutes is in a short walking distance from the hotel and provides quick access to the city centre and especially to the university campus which is only 1 stop away.

The bed was equipped with 2 similar sized pillows, both of which were stuffed a little too much. Even with only 1 pillow, I still felt my head is very high, ended sleeping with my head on a folded towel. It would be nice if the bed had 1 higher and 1 lower pillow to choose from. This is really the only (small) negative I can say.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette is very handy, the staff was very nice. Convenient secure outdoor parking with no height restrictions. Supermarket and restaurants only 5 min walking distance.

The biggest issue here in summer is no air-conditioning. It was a hot day and the apartment was like a sauna. There was a fan but it only cooled down at night when we left the windows wide open. The beds are a bit hard. Although I wouldn't say it was dirty, a little more cleaning around the bathtub is needed. Having said that, we would happily stay 2 to 3 nights there for a longer visit in Rennes (just not in summer!)

The room was actually a suite if rooms with spacious lounge dunking area and kitchenette , small hallway and bedroom and large bathroom . Breakfast was ok . Big thanks to Corinne in the breakfast room who was very helpful

Location is in a growing suburb nearby huge supermarket and a few cafes / bars in there - quite industrial setting

Hotel in a quiet location on a regular bus route into Rennes. Plenty of parking. Room and en-suite large but no frills. Had a twin room with comfy beds. On 5 floors with two excellent lifts.

Surprised there was no kettle (or milk sachets) in the room or kitchen for a cup of tea. There was a coffee maker for which sachets could be purchased downstairs.

Large and comfortable aparthotel with a cosy kitchen area that’s well equipped with everything. The bathroom is large and with a powerful shower and hardryer. The sofa bed for my child was very comfortable, the staff at the reception was very friendly. I would definitely choose it again.

The parking should be free for the guests who are already paying for the accommodation. The common areas on floor 2 need a touch up: the wall paint is coming off and it makes the area look shabby.

Nice hotel and comfy room. Easy check in and friendly staff. Gym and Sauna. Easy parking right next to the hotel.

Out of town location (we chose it becasue we couldnt find a more central location at late notice). Managed to find a really good restaurant 10mins walk away.

Clean, spacious, parking on site, convenient for l’Hôpital Privé Sévigné.

Our room was not air-conditioned, so we found it a bit stuffy at night. We opened the window, but that let in street noise. Otherwise, a fine facility.
