The staff was very friendly and helpful! They gave good recommendations of good local restaurants and was very helpful when we had an issue with the sink in the room. The staff was quick to react and was very proactive trying to ensure that our stay there was nothing less than perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant!

We lived in a room without window and the bathroom was quite mouldy and damp due to the lack of ventilation. I'd recommend to consider including a dehumidifier in the room to keep air flowing. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Classic traditional French hotel. The personnel are lovely, service is excellent. The room is tiny but is very well arranged with everything we needed, a conformable bed, warm shower in a tiny but very functional bathroom. Breakfast was great, delicious bio muesli, 3 or 4 different types of bread, strawberry and apricot jam, yoghurt, creme fraîche, 4 different types of cured meat, mini croissants and pain au chocolat, 2 different types of juice (I love the apple juice in Bretagne!), 6 different types of tea and it was available until later than advertised (we woke late so that was much less stressful!). Loved it, exactly what I was hoping for.

Okay, so one of the bedside lights wasn't working. We were so tired we didn't use it anyway.

I booked a comfort double but was v disappointed with the size of the room, it was tiny! Rm203. It was not what I would class as comfortable. The bathroom was also tiny - I couldn’t even face having a shower in such a tiny space! I was travelling for business and only stayed one night, but would be unhappy to stay in a room like that for leisure for more than one night. This tiny room should perhaps be sold at a lower price.

The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. It was easy to warm the place up on the cold days. Wonderful to have a washer dryer in the room. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and took care of all of our needs promptly and with a smile.

Just might be a good idea to be sure. People know there are stairs when you stay in the unit outside of the hotel. It is a great unit and very quiet but if you have trouble with stairs, maybe not for you.

We had a very warm welcome and a lovely comfortable and quiet room. The staff were always helpful, cheerful and efficient. The hotel is very close to the centre of Rennes and also not far from the railway station. It definitely deserves more than the '2-star' rating it currently has. We will definitely stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep.There was an en suite bathroom. and a good number of channels on the TV. The breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The en suite bathroom was small but it had everything. The only thing I didn't like was the position of the toilet paper holder. I think it should be in a different place. The toilet paper flew off the holder when I walked in the room and I bruised my arm against it when I picked up the paper.

Excellent location, very close to the bus stop to and from the airport and to all attractions. The hotel is nice and clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good as well, with tasty pastries and bread, coffee, juice, yogurt, etc. the staff is super nice and helpful.

The hotel is quite beautifully furnished, particularly the curtains and the windows were pretty. The beds were large and comfortable and very clean. The hotel's location is central, the city centre can be reached by a five minute walk, the main train station is 15 minutes by foot, and there is a small supermarket around the corner. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming as well.

The bathroom was rather narrow, especially the shower box and the faucet was so short, that it was difficult to wash hands.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast although simple was good! It was calm and the proximity to the city center, restaurant and shops allowed me to do everything on foot. Thanks to its central location I could take the Blablacar from Rennes station at a price of 5.99€ to visit saint Malo and I took a shuttle to visit the Mont Saint Michel.

Everything basically! Loved the boutique hotel style the interiors and location very close to the buzzing city centre attractions bars and restaurant, the lady at the desk was very polite and helpful giving us lots of info about the city centre
