The hotel and rooms are very nice. The place is well placed from saint tropez. Recommend this hotel if you come to saint tropez.fragonnard products wich is very good

The staff was very nice but not very helpful. Told me the room was ready at 1 pm but when I arrived they told me it is only possible to take the room at 3 pm. But finally they gave me the room at 2 pm. To give back the keys to the room. The staff were sitting at the breakfast table and looking at me while as was waiting. very strange. Finally, I just left the key on the reception and left. Also, the shower is a little bit confusing to use and shaving set up would be nice

The hotel feels newly refurbished. Everything was perfect, especially in our room which was all newly fitted, with a nice terrace overlooking the pool and pretty gardens. We have to mention DENNIS!! He went above and beyond to be helpful, kind and willing. Nothing was too much trouble. And, all the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful too. As we went out of season we paid a very good value price. Recommended hotel for any time of year. About a 30 minute walk to Saint Tropez center. Views over the sea. Free parking on-site.

We got what we expected from the reviews, pictures online and location. It exceeded our expectations, so there is nothing to dislike. It has a limited menu but they will always make food for you from it, at any time, which is all you need when you are so close to so many other options.

Staff is exceptional 10 out of 10. Breakfast is acceptable. There are 2 types of rooms, renovated and non renovated. Althought we received a non renovated rooms, everything was ok and clean.

Pillows are very hard. Price a little bit to much for what they offered in the non renovated rooms.

An amazing gem of a hotel just on the outskirts of the city centre with exceptional staff who truly care about your experience. We were not interested in being in the centre of the action with all the tourists, and this place more than met our expectations. A pretty 20 minute walk from the town harbour front, the hotel felt newly renovated and the room smelt felt brand new with tasteful decor and SO many different outlets to charge your tech! Finally a hotel room that updated with the times. I loved the unique light switches and the cupboard space. A very comfortable bed (though for couples, do remember there’s a small divot in the mattress as it is two twins pushed together) and a beautiful view if you are lucky to get one with the sea view like we were. Even without though, the hotel did a phenomenal job on landscape to make the pool feel like a true oasis. We did not get to stay to have breakfast (very poorly planned itinerary as we would have loved to lounge in our room) but the coffee was delicious thanks to a very skilled barista :)

Nothing, truly. Our only suggestion to the property is to make bikes available at no charge for guests during quiet months or switch to half/full day rental in lieu of by the hour (allows people to enjoy the day rather than worry about bringing the bikes back on time!)

I sprained my ankle while I was going to my car from the garden door of my room (room number 106, the last on the basement floor) on the last night of my stay. I did not mention the situation to the staff. Luckily, I was returning home the next morning. There was a small and lower soil part next to the walking corridor, and it was impossible to see it at night. It can be good for the hotel to restore that area.

We were surprised with this hotel, it is an absolute gem. We arrived and Dennis at reception greeted us and he was absolutely awesome. The hotel gave us an upgrade for our anniversary and everything was perfect. I only gave a small detraction for the facilities and they were in then middle of renovations which makes sense in the quiet winter period. we would definitely stay here again, hopefully in summer next time.

Location was good - close to the city centre and old town as well as to other towns along the way, The staff were accommodating, especially when we requested to stay an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. We accidentally dropped a wedding band on the floor that we didn't see before we left and the hotel staff were kind enough to have found it and courier it to a location from where we could collect it.

Absolutely nothing

Our room was brand new, clean, and spacious (our room had a vaulted ceiling). The beds were so comfortable! The decor is beautiful with lots of closet space. The shower and toilet are each in their own room, I really like this arrangement. The sea view is gorgeous! The pool area and grounds are also beautiful and well kept. The management and staff were all very nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Note: While this hotel does not have a restaurant, there is a nice bakery and rotisserie right next door. The hotel does have a nice small bar. You may have drinks at the pool as well. Or again, there is a wine bar next door. The beach is a short walk down the street, along with several restaurants and another wine shop. Saint Tropez is in walking distance. However, you may prefer a car or driver. We walked and used drivers during our stay. The hotel can arrange for drivers if Uber or Bolt isn't available. This is the best 3-star hotel I've ever stayed in.

Perhaps not staying longer...

It’s nice, room is new and clean. Pool is nice, breakfast is good. Location very good, close to the city centre. Staff members are nice, some more than others. Overall it’s worth the money for sure, recommended.

Complaining when arriving with a 4 year old who’s going to sleep in our bed anyway. But that seems to be normal in France these days. No daily refill of the water and coffee. House keeping could be better. For the rest perfect!

The petit dejeuner was adequat for the price, fresh produce in clean surroundings
