We received a warm welcome from the efficient staff at this quality hotel. Although we didn't have a seaview (these were more expensive) there was a pleasant view of the gardens. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable with a good shower. The wc was separate from the bathroom. We were able to store our 2 e-bikes in a locked shed in the grounds. The hotel has its own private car park. The attractive village and river side esplanande of St-Valéry was just a few minutes walk. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed with the food, which was absolutely delicious and interesting. Clearly they have a chef with considerable talents. The spa was great and the jacuzzi had panoramic views of the estuary of the Somme.

In a hotel of this quality it was strange that there was no bedside table! We found the automatic light which came on if you went to the separate wc very annoying as it lit up the whole room. At the least a less bright light would have been appreciated.

We travelled from Ireland... would have liked English speaking Channels on TV. Taxi from St. Valery sur somme to Beauvais Airport very expensive.

Staff excellent, room quiet and comfortable. Parking which is a premium in St Valery very useful

Breakfast overpriced and unimaginative - machine coffee ☹️

The hotel is nicely situated, a short walk into the restaurants and the River Somme. The staff were obliging and tried to help with breakfast even though we had to leave very early to catch a ferry. The rooms are pleasant.

Very friendly staff both at the hotel and at the spa. My spouse was chuffed to bits with the quality of the care she received at the spa.

One of the best breakfasts ever. Despite the choice was not to much the quality and taste was even better. Restaurant staff was very caring to prepare a vegetarian meal as there was none given in first place. Location above the bay is quiet and offers great views.

There could be a vegetarian and vegan offer in the menu.

Nice place to eat breakfadt, everything was there, fruitjuce, # eggs, Bread, fruit, cheese, . Nothing about to complain .

The views from the room were amazing. Staff were very cheerful and happy to help. They tried to solve any problem you had. The position of the hotel near the town was very good. Everything in walking distance. The gardens were attractive with different seating areas. We didn’t use the spa as it was very expensive. The swimming pool was small but good.

The room had air con which was old and looked unsafe (tape over a space for a button). It was secured with a binding of some kind. It didn’t have heat either. The fridge didn’t work to keep drinks cold. There was no wash basin in the separate toilet - you had to walk back through the bedroom and I to the bathroom. Unhygienic.

The staff were lovely.They were pleasant, helpful and efficient.

The food was not to our taste but that was down to us not the restaurant.
