This hotel was absolutely perfect for four motorcyclists. The landlord couldn't be more charming or helpful. He led the motorcyclea to the garage across the street then found us a room.with four beds. The place was spotlessly clean and the breakfast fresh and delicious. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone touring in the area.

The beams in the room were a little low, but manageable... full of character.

Separate toilet & bathroom within the room. Serres was an interesting town to stroll around with depictions of historical figures with connections to Serres

Toilet was very small & no private parking. The spaces in front of the hotel were all taken so we had to park in public car park in centre of Serres.

Incredible views from the rooms over the valley. Super friendly staff who let us park our motorbikes in the garage. Perfect stop over if you are touring the region.

No kettle in the room, but that's a British thing.

We’ve stayed here on several occasions earlier and we’ve come back for more, this time after nearly decade. We became friends with the owners and their friends. It’s the same even under a new management.

We stopped in Serres overnight on the way from Nice to the Ardèche. We found a parking place near the hotel, and it was just a short walk to a circle for a place to eat. Walking back, we passed through an older part of town and learned something of its history. A comfortable stop in an historic town. The hotel fulfilled our needs very well.

Friendly management. Nice rooms. Good quality and enjoyable breakfast.

Every year I wait for them to serve espresso with breakfast. A simple capsule Nespresso or Tassimo costs less than €100! It’s a good investment!

The owners were absolutely delightful right from the start - charming check-in, lots of recommendations, delicious breakfast. The room was simple but really clean, with comfortable bed.

Location was great. Staff was incredibly friendly. Our son forgot something during our stay, and the staff put in a lot of effort in returning his things to us. We are very grateful.

The welcome on arrival and again the following morning was wonderful. Very friendly manager who was extremely helpful and pleasant. All conversations were in French, so not sure if English is spoken, but it was fun going back to my school-boy French! It's an older property with plenty of character and the view from the room was lovely - it's a super part of France. Wonderful breakfast too.

It was a bit noisy in the morning, but that's in the nature of these older buildings. All in all, not a problem for us and we'd definitely return if in the area again.

Great location and staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating as we were travelling by bicycles and they had a secure place for them. Our room was comfortable and the view was amazing and loved that we could open the windows.
