The location near the centre of Sisteron was perfect, within walking easy distance of the Citadelle. The railway station was a 10-15 minute walk. Breakfast was very good for a small hotel, with plenty of choice. The reception hours are limited, but staff were very accommodating in accepting my late evening arrival.

There was no lift to my room on the 2nd floor, but this was only a very minor drawback.

Great location for exploring Sisteron

The access to the garage is very tight anything over the size of a Ford focus will be a challenge! The breakfast was poor with a number of things croissants, bread etc had been eaten and not replaced! We never had breakfast the second day and shopped at the local restaurant! The evening meal on the second night was appalling ending with an argument with the restaurant manager!

Hotel is centrally located next to everything: Citadelle, restaurants, shops, main tourist area…The room (the suite) was spacious and modern and clean. I was pleasantly surprised. We had wonderful view from our windows. Was nice and quiet. Gentleman at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is free after 7pm right across the street so we did that (if you can find spot).

Wifi wasn’t amazing but I didn’t really need it. No A/C which was tough when 90F outside. Felt warm in room. We did have 2 fans which helped but wish they added A/C to the room.

Location was excellent and the staff, especially Florentine were wonderful. The breakfast was 1st class and the whole place was exceptionally clean. Overall an excellent stay and we'll certainly visit again.

The on site parking is an underground garage. It can only cope with small cars so don't even try and get in there with a large car. I have a Toyota RAV 4. Icouldn't get in there.

A family run hotel with extremely helpful and solution finding staff. Sebastien at the reception is going the extra step in order to make sure that all is running smoothly. Renovated, very clean and comfortable rooms, right in the center of Sisteron at the foot of the Citadelle.

The hotel was in a very old building with modern bedroom with large en-suite. There was a car park available that is offered for small cars as the entrance is tight. I managed to get a fairly large car in by retracting the door mirrors and I was able to turn around in the parking area next morning to avoid reversing out. The receptionist on arrival was lovely and the man hosting breakfast was great also.

Very modern and clean. Quick and easy check-in, and receptionist organised a taxi for us. Great view from windows, and excellent location near centre of old town. Loved the 2 basins in the spacious bathroom.

No lift - just stairs, but someone helped us carry the suitcase up to the second floor. The fan didn't do a lot to cool the room down in such hot weather (38 degrees).

A family run hotel with very hospitable staff, very close to the town centre. The room was spacious and well facilitated, Breakfast provided fresh each day whilst the underground garage available (both as extras).

Nothing to not like but be advised that the garage access is tight for a medium size car, although there are plenty of parking options adjacent.

Very welcoming and helpful gentleman manning reception and dealing with breakfast. Parking under the hotel. Plus parking area outside the hotel, good availability (in May at least). Centrally positioned, very convenient. Not far from the superb Citadelle. Various restaurants close-by.

Leaving. We should have booked for more than one night.

Due to the one-way system it took us a little while to find the hotel but it was well worth the effort. We were greeted by a very helpful young man who spoke good English and showed us to our room. This was clean, airy and had everything you could reasonably expect. He then opened the garage so that I could park my motorcycle at no charge. He recommended a restaurant, L’Oppidum, which was excellent (see separate review).

Breakfast was fine but a couple of items ran out and I had to find someone to replenish them. When I did that was done quickly but they should be keeping an eye on that.
