The staff went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. The bed was extremely comfortable, the surroundings were serene and perfect for a walk or jog in nature, the restaurant and wine bar were exceptional (and there are many other options within walking distance if you seek variety). We were working through the week and found the lounge and restaurant extremely accommodating for us, we were extremely comfortable and supplied with caffeine and perfect ambience throughout the day, until a well deserved break at the sauna. We were also travelling with our dog, and the level of attention and care was beyond expectations. It truly felt like home for a few days. We could not have asked for a more perfect stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Although I had seen pictures online, my jaw dropped when I saw the expansive view from our room and its terrace over the water. The scene was endlessly fascinating, as the light conditions changed, and people engaged in water activities like kayaking. Our hotel restaurant dinner was delicious and expertly served by Thomas. The owners are a lovely couple who enjoy interacting with their guests. They have put much thought and love into this charming and intimate hotel. The proximity to the ocean is another obvious plus.

The spa was not available the entire stay other than a slot in the middle of the day in Monday There was no where to lay in the sun if you wished to within the facility The weather was exceptional so it would have been nice had there been this availability.

A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. Exceptional staff with a special mention to Mauryne who was superb! Very comfortable, spacious and lovely room. The lovely town of Hossegor is just a few minutes walk and you also have the lovely path along the water right infront of the hotel. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome and we loved our stay.

It was so peaceful and calm. My room was beautiful with access to its own private balcony overlooking the lake. I was able to park the car securely in the underground car park with lift access to all floors. The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The WiFi connection from my room was terrible but it wasn’t too much of a problem for me. Others might find it difficult.

The location is amazing, the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The view from the room was great and relaxing. The overall design of the hotel is very nice.

The breakfast is a little expensive (25€/person). The fact that we have to pay for the Spa (15€/h) to get access to the pool.

Beautiful location by the lake. The staff were so accommodating and friendly! They are a credit to the dying art of hospitality! Easy rental of bikes to explore the local areas and paddle boarding to enjoy the lake! So much fun!

Lovely spacious rooms. Large balcony with gorgeous views (and retractable shutters for added privacy) Great room amenities. Nice sustainability efforts throughout.

You need to pay to use the pool. Lack of toiletries in the shower (no shampoo or conditioner)

Beautiful hotel and room, with very attentive and friendly staff. I thought the €25 breakfast was a little pricey (especially for two children), however no more than any other four star hotel.

I loved our room, the outside space and the fact we had a separate - but adjoining room - for our two boys.
