The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and our room very comfortable. The location is excellent being so close to the town centre yet quiet and with secure underground parking, but it was the staff that really made the difference - it has the real feel of a personally run family hotel and everyone was so helpful throughout our stay; we will return for sure!

Convenient location with a nice balcony on the ground floor garden which gave the room an even more spacious feel. The staff were fantastic and little perks like free coffee and able to wash our clothes made it feel like home !! Underground parking was also an added bonus.

Fresh, clean, welcoming, Tesla charger in secure parking. Well equipped room with sockets by the bed. Good toiletries and bathroom facilities. Coffee and tea available at the bar 24hrs a day (better than a kettle in the room). Interesting ornaments and books. Excellent breakfast with loads of choice and hot food cooked to order. Everything a good B&B should be.

Excellent hotel, assuming 3* as no proper restaurant and no fridges or tea/coffee making in room. Free tea/coffee at the bar. Great breakfast-better than the two 4* we also stayed in. Comfy beds and pillows. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Fridges in bedrooms would be great but not a deal breaker.

The staff were exceptional; everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was very nice with several options of excellent quality to choose from. I was on a golf outing and the Golf Club D'Hossegor is less than 100m down the street so the location was perfect.

The location was perfect as very easy to walk into the town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Free car parking.

The shower seal was broken and the bathroom flooded. This wasn’t new as there was black mould. For the price of the room we would have expected tea and coffee in the room and another bottle of water the second day.

Amazing service! Perfect location, very quiet and beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and guest can help themselves with croissants all day long :)!

Pillows were a bit too soft

The property was VERY comfortable and excellently situated across from the market! The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful! The breakfast was wonderful and bountiful with endless pastries!

My only teeny complaint was that there wasn’t a fridge in the room and the hairdryer was not ideal! But these were insignificant and minor given how comfortable and lovely the hotel was!

There is a small car park at the hotel , only 8 or 9 spaces , so only once or twice did i have to park on the street , but it was not a real problem

Hotel 202 is a boutique, family-owned hotel; clean, modern and quiet. There's a lovely heated pool and a cocktail bar. The hotel has free parking, it's easy access to the beaches, the lake and the golf course. Good for both families and couples.

Everything was fantastic, the team went above and beyond to take care of us, whether is was restaurant recommendations or other advice needed. We only have wonderful things to say, it was a great experience. We will continue to tell our friends to stay here.
