Very comfortable and very convenient. We used it as a base to visit the surrounding area and it was perfect. Jean Marc. the proprietor, was very helpful and ready to answer any questions, directions, recommend restaurants etc! The breakfast was ample with choices of drinks hot and cold, fresh bread and croissants, cereals, boiled egg, fruit & yoghurts. We was shown how to use everything,including the hot drinks machines. Wifi was great and free. There was air conditioning. Also, excellent triple glazing to our rooms- it in on a busy square but we didn't hear anything ! The car parks are close and cost 8;50 euro for 24hrs in a very clean secure underground car park.

It was good exercise but be aware that there are stairs !

The staff were wonderful and very accommadating. Lovely room. Close to restaurants and parking was available nearby for a reasonable price.

The door to the hotel was locked when we arrived, with a message to ring the hotel and they would let us in. As we are travelling from another country we don't have phone access, only internet, so sent a message instead, but had no response. After 2 hours, we ended up asking a nearby establishment to phone the hotel for us, and the staff responded immediately. The hotel has very valid reasons for keeping their door locked, but I would suggest putting an intercom at the front door, so guests can contact the staff, who were in the hotel, just not at reception, to advise of their arrival.

This cosy hotel is right in the centre of Tarbes and is convenient to plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Even though the rooms can be quite small, the owners have made the best use of space in order to offer en-suite facilities in what is a traditional old Tarbes building. Jean-Marc is on hand to offer friendly assistance when required- many thanks!

Great location in the centre of the city. The rooms also had really good sound isolation and we couldn’t hear any of the traffic outside of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean and well kept.

On arrival we had to wait outside to gain entrance as owner had left the building but once we actually got in the room was comfortable

It was great to be back again. Looking for a hotel in Tarbes I saw the photo's and remembered a former stay. Nice olf Hotel at a great Place! Sympathetic owner.

Bedroom very cold on arrival but we quickly boosted the heating up. Also couldn't work out how to turn up the temperature for the shower
