The hotel was extremely clean and a very short distance from the church we were visiting. The rooms were spacious and tidy. Tanya was at the reception and greeted us. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. She was also very informative about the area and travelling to the airport. We were able to buy snacks and drinks downstairs and the hotel agreed to keep a luggage in a safe place after check out as our flight was a few hours after check out. Overall, a very good experience at this hotel. We’ve already decided that we will be staying here on our future visits. Good value for money.

It was quite inconvenient that we couldn’t eat in the hotel room and that there was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room, especially as we were travelling with an infant. I think I would’ve rated this hotel a 10/10 if these things had been available.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of town, close to the river. The sanctuary is a 15-minute walk away, and we could park our car in a public car park (overnight parking is free), as the hotel has a very small parking capacity. The staff is very friendly: they lent us umbrellas; my son left his backpack in the room and they contacted us to come and look for it. We were allowed to use the lagguge room. The rooms are nothing special, but they are clean and more than adequate for a short stay. Breakfast is standard, good.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean, breakfast buffet, the croissant was very good! The hotel was very accessible, 10min walk to the Sanctuary. Room air-condition was great, hot water is abundant. We slept comfortably.

It would have been nice if there was an electric kettle in the room, even a small one, and mugs of course. Because we went down every morning in the reception area to get hot water for our coffee from the kitchen facilities beside the concierge.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room itself was good. Clean and comfortable. The location is good in that it's not right in the heart of things, but an easy walk to both downtown and the Cathedral. There was a good room to store our bikes in overnight.

Not really the hotel's fault, but there was activity outside our room with quite a bit of noise until 2am. May have just been our experience rather than regularly. Wifi was also pretty weak.

A group of motorcyclist overnight in Lourdes, never been before and not likely to return, Hotel was great as were the staff. We were room only, they were comfortable and clean, staff chatty. En route via the Pyrenees to Pamplona we decided Lourdes was a place to visit, it was mobbed by hordes of children, young adults and tourists. Hotel was far enough away yet close enough to walk to the “attractions”....... Plenty places to eat out, good variety of cuisine.

Nothing put us off the Hotel, it was functional and clean, would we go back to the Hotel, yes but not Lourdes!

Staffs are very responsive. They answered every questions that I have. They even provided me with umbrella bcs during my trip in Lourdes it was raining everyday. This is very rare for a 2/3 stars hotel. The room size is big for 1 person. The bathroom is great too, with bathub. Very good price. the location is nice, though not that close to the Sanctuary, it’s 10 mins walk. It’s rather in the quiet area of Louders which is very nice.

The room was clean and there was everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay at Lourdes. The ensuite bathroom was good. The view from our window was nice. Cleaning staff visited the room every day. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the sanctuary. In my opinion good value for money hotel

The bathroom had a window with no curtain. We kept putting a towel over the window for privacy.

Room was spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault it it that way. They held our luggage after check out so we could sight see without dragging it around. Great location. 10 mins walk to the Grotto. lots of little tourist shops and cafes within about 5 mins walk

Breakfast was disappointing. Continental breakfast was what was sold but there was no cereal , only croissants. No tea, tables were only set as we arrived in

Good location and very clean. Breakfast good for the price we paid. The only thing that we missed a kettle in the room. Overall good value for money!

Good Internet WIFI. Quiet room (604) - not noisy. The staff was polite and helpful. I didn't mind the 15-minute walk on the riverside to reach Lourdes Grotto- the view is lovely on sunny days.

I checked the breakfast and I decided to avoid it as it was poor for 9 euros. Room (604) does not have much light as the window is small. The cleaner came between 3 pm and 4 pm while I was trying to sleep.
