The lady working was incredibly nice and accommodating of dietary needs (celiac and vegetarian). She gave us recommendations for where to eat for dinner as well. Room and bed were comfortable, facilities all worked well and there was a fan in the room to help with heat.

No elevator so we had to carry all our heavy bags up the stairs. Room was a tight fit with full size luggage for three people.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got lots of info regarding restaurants and a map of the area as we wanted to explore the surroundings, including the Swiss side of the lake. We went there off season and Nathalie was kind to upgrade our room. Liked that it was close to the station and also had the town centre nearby.

The hotel is very center located, the staffs are very nice and friendly, giving lots of good advice on every bit of tips, from online response to in person check in. The room is neat and clean, beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good valued and we all had a very lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Warm hearted welcome by the owners, their passion for people shines through in everything they do, how they meet people, the service and the delicious breakfast. They were genuinely nice people.

Right next to the train and bus stations - a perfect stop off of you’re transiting through thonon. Super friendly staff - they let me store my large ski bag in the secure lobby overnight to avoid carrying it upstairs. Also they gave lots of recommendations about where to eat etc. Very clean rooms and great showers.

Would be nice to have a kettle and coffee facilities in the room but not a big problem.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome from check-in to check-out. I loved the hotel's convenient location nearby city center . Extremely recommended.

oh the welcome ... it was like returning home to your family ... nothing was too much trouble ... patience and kindness always with a smile :) the rooms are immaculate and breakfast was also perfect

having issues with carrying on with my journey ... i returned to the hotel to reorganise my journey ... i knew i would feel safe

Such a friendly welcome and there was nothing that was could not be done for us. Places recommended to eat and a map to orientate us too. Breakfast was a good range of items and a very good value stay.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast was good, nice beds. Hotel in centre and safe carpark (city parking les arts) close by.
