- The hotel lobby and room facilities were clean and modern. - There was a large shopping mall (including Carrefour) right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for long-term stays. - The staff were very friendly and there were no issues communicating in English. - It was about a 10-minute drive to Evian and 40 minutes to Geneva, which made traveling very convenient. I highly recommend it for anyone planning to visit ski resorts in the Evian or Thonon areas.

The shower booth did not have a door, so water could splash outside, which was a bit inconvenient, but it wasn’t a major issue.

We stayed for 4 nights. It is in a very quiet location. Easily accessible. Nearby is Cora supermarket with a restaurant, a pharmacy, a big bakery next street where you can have breakfast, Decathlon and a Burger place. Its close to a beach and plenty of lovely restaurants. Have your reservation reference ready in case the reception manager isn't there, as there is a check-in machine to open the door. If the machine doesn't work then press on the button to talk to their call centre who were very quick and helpful. They will give you a code to get in and the same code to use for your room door. Very easy. They are very keen on quietness throughout the hotel. The room was basic but had everything that is needed. Very clean. Air conditioned. Very helpful housekeeping staff. Plenty of carparks..and the parking area is well lit. There was a coffee machine and a tea tray. They provided an iron and an iron board. Breakfast is available at a cost..but we went to the Boulangeri.

The pillows were small.

Very new and modern hotel with self-check in machine and there are lots of shopping places nearby to get everything you need. the parking is free and easy. Their internet connect is ok and the bathroom and interior decor are quite up to date.

The size of the room isn't big as expected. We didn't receive any notice or instruction about self-check in till we arrived at the hotel, that was a bit confusing to us. It was our first experience to use the self-check in machine at a hotel.

All in very nice standard, clean, extremely comfortable bed, quite big as for a couple, very nice staff, good breakfast with not too many options but all fresh and delicious. Very nice area, quiet and with amazing views.

One of the employees was walking around the premises drunk few times during our few days stay in a hotel, every time he was clearly dealing with hungover the next day, not very pleasant view for people realxing in the lounge or outside tables, he was very talkative and looking for conversation instead of staying away from all guests when being intoxicated...

We were there on a holiday. The area was very quiet. It was a great place to relax. Check-in was easy, fast and smooth. The receptionist lady was extremely nice. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was also an extremely good choice in terms of price-value ratio. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Air conditioning with the possibility for an individual adaptation. Clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Ideal for a RdGA motorbike trip, as sufficient space to keep the car and trailer on the parking for some days free of charge.

It happened twice within one week (Thursday and Friday) that we had to queue endless for the breakfast. First an Ukrainian bus-tour at 7,30h, afterwards a Polish group at 6,30h. There should be a time management by the staff in advance.

I liked the: welcoming and friendly staff; good breakfast; modern comfortable room with a good hot shower and comfy bed; plenty of secure parking; the late checkout until 12.

There are not a lot of bars/restaurants in walking distance. However, there are still options if you seek them out. I guess the price would be higher if it was more centrally located.

Size of the room was good. Good price. Easy to use the entrance codes. Wide corridors. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly

The location was basically away from anything interesting, unless you like an out of town shopping complex in an industrial area. Room window was very small. Shower tended to flood the whole bathroom.

The breakfast was OK - a buffet with various products, including pastry, dairy products, cold cuts, juices and warm drinks. Fully reasonable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, parking area, and the hotel were closed from random walkers.

I would suggest ensuring that the quantity of food is sufficient for all people who ordered breakfast. Sometimes, people came and waited for the food to be prepared as some scrambled eggs were already out, sausages were missing, etc...

Fast check in. Room is good sized with plenty of lights and power sockets. Strong, hot water for showering. Fast food restaurant just across the hotel, a shopping mall 5 minutes away, a complex of Lidl, a really nice boulangerie/patisserie and restaurants even closer. An eating/sitting area in the lobby if you can bring your own food, and there's a microwave and vending machines.

No fridge and very small bathroom. Also a bit far from Evian town. Strangely they did tidy up the bathroom but not the bedroom itself. No bar/café in the hotel.
