The apparment was very pleasant : comfortable, clean, functional. Overlooking a back street, it was also very quiet. The location is very convenient, less than 5 minutes walk from train station and pedestrian city center, with places to eat minutes away by foot. I was by foot so perfect for me, you may have to ask where to park if you have a car. The staff is welcoming and the place feels secure with lift needing the bedroom key to be unlocked ( and so does the front door at night). I read reviews of people complaining about the location close to the railways (in fact against the railway). I did not find it disturbing because there is only a train every now and then, they go very slow - so you do notice but noise and vibration are at very low level, and there is no traffic at night.

The place exceeded my expectation. The hotel is secure with card key for entrance, lift and bedroom. The appartment is small but still spacious and convenient for a take away, a modest cooking (with the essentials for two) or work. The bathroom is also a convenient size. Overall very clean and comfortable. Two minutes by train from the station, and from different places to eat for various tastes and budges. There are only a few trains a day, nothing to complain or moan about.

The location is very near to the city center. The rooms are well maintained.

I didn't reserved for the car parking and it was full. I have to park my car in nearby public parking.

Easy to use and well quipped. I could see the snowy mountains from my window and it is a short walk from the train satation.

There were one or two hairs and stains on the linen.

Located 2mins from place des arts and the town center. The studio was comfy, although the building is located very close to the train tracks. The guy working at reception was friendly and efficient

The breakfast was inadequate and certainly did not match the photo. Had to make up a breakfast box from the "breakfast room" and take it up to our room. A great disappointment - no fresh fruit, cereal, cold meat. Supermarket packet croissant Breakfast was described on the booking .com website as gourmand. I would like to commend the lady employee in the breakfast room who was very pleasant and spoke english, She appreciated our concerns. Mention must be made of the Manager who dealt with our complaint very politely and gave us a refund of the cost. It was not very helpful though to say it would be improved within the next fortnight when they converted the room to a breakfast room.
