Parking behind a gate at no extra cost. The hôtel is in Thonon, so not on the outskirts, but not right bang in the centre either. Outside seating area. Staff were responsive.

Breakfast: crispy bacon and one type of cheese, bread, croissants, pain au chocolat and cereals as well as two types of juice. Very little choice for breakfast, but there's a coffee machine with loads of options. Staff were fast stocking up again. The air-conditioning did not go below 20°C and it was quite hot inside the room as well as outside.

Very nice service. Attentive and friendly. Recently done maintenance makes staying even more joyful.

Booking.com has really badly designed its role as an intermediate agent. It gets immediatly data of your credit card (itself could be in principle fine) but later the hotel charges you all the expenses. So you as a client remains always with a doubt have you paid twice (one time to Booking.com and another time to the hotel). Unfortunately the level of service of Booking.com is in general in recent times of very low quality.

Hotel parking on site, easy check in. Helpful staff. Stored our bikes in a locked area. Rooms snug but had all facilities.

Room was dark, even with the lights on. Restaurant on site which we choose for its convenient location was hopelessly understaffed. The young untrained staff were overwhelmed and tried their hardest, the meals all came out together and were delicious but it was disappointing to see.

We requested for a large room and got a 3 persons room. The breakfast is quite value for money, the spread is quite nice and there's plenty of seats during the morning hour.

I didn't like that there were not many power plugs to charge my laptop/phone. It was quite inconvenient. The toilet is quite cramped but for the price you are paying all in all it's fine.

- A bit of a walk from the town centre. For a day, that's fine but could be an issue heading to town everyday. - Rooms are a bit small, not a problem if solo.

Larger room than some in Ibis budgets. Exactly as described. Nice outlook over playing fields. Some parking at no cost outside hotel. Reasonably priced.

Situated a little way out of the centre of Thonon-Les-Bains and from the lake

The young man with long hair on reception (sorry can't recall his name) was amazing! He bent over backwards to assist me with an issue. Great breakfast! Room had a view of the lake!

Corridors need vaccuming and faecal stain in the toilet in our room before we use it. Perhaps cleaner didn't see it? Otherwise very clean. Our shower screen didn't have a seal on the bottom of the door do the floor got very wet.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful, the room was nice and clean.

The breakfast buffet was nice but it was mainly sweet foods...not many savory options if that is what you're looking for.

Thonon. Les Bains is a very good base for ski trips and visits to beautiful towns on the lake of Geneva. Ibis Styles and budget are newly gerestyled and everything looks fresh and new.

A clean room, a good shower and a proper bed. There is a small selection for breakfast, but the quality is good. The staff is friendly. It is a budget hotel, so don't expect anything fancy.

Actually all was fine, but you have to know that the rooms are very small (budget!), the hotel shows some wear.
