The friendliness of the hotel owners and staff was unforgettable. We received excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Secure parking, with gates that locked and only opened by key code. The pool area was impeccably clean and whilst the pool was 'cool' it was very refreshing. We only booked an Eco Room and whilst this was quite small, it had everything you needed. Complemenary toiletrees and perfume. Those extra touches made it feel very personalised. Jeremy kindly recommended a restaurant where we could eat in the town which was only a 20minute walk and he gave clear directions so we found it very easily. The breakfast was superb, with so much to choose from with top quality food. I wish we could have stayed longer but as we were touring France. this was not possible this time, but we will return. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the staff, you wont be disappointed

Good value, swim pool, & friendly staff. Breakfast variety, you could sit out on the terrace to eat. 15 min walk into town.

Air con wasn't the best

The hotel was very clean, well appointed and the AC was very effective which was essential given the high temperatures. The car park is secure. We would definitely recommend a stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast which had excellent choices, however, they may well do well to invest in a second coffee machine as when the hotel is full there is a coffee queue.

We had a lovely two-night stay at this hotel. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the edge of the town, Uesz, just a 5-minute drive from the centre. The breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful setting. Our twin room wasn’t very large but perfectly adequate. Would definitely recommend.

The lady owner was super friendly. Big carpark made things easy. Not too far to walk to Uzes centre. Enjoyed the stay. Excellent value.

Some things were a bit sparing ie loo paper, teabags etc. Sheets not changed in the five days. Breakfast was lovely but if it was busy the buffet was rather sparse and only replenished reluctantly. Would have been nice if on arrival we were shown where the pool etc was. No snacks or drinks available after a long journey.

The patio is awesome, and Jeremy a great host! Spacious parking, perfectly quiet area, everything secure (by access codes). Location is a bit remote but i think that's the idea of "a la campagne".

Some room renovation would be good (floors). Breakfast could be improved with vegetables.

Sipping a cocktail on the shaded garden terrace after a refreshing swim in the pool . Fun decor . Excellent breakfast showcasing the regions finest cheeses etc and also the host’s amazing home made jams . Very welcoming friendly hosts . Enjoyed our stay very much

I liked everything

The hotel has a quiet location out of the city center. Jeremy, one of the owners, was very helpful and hospital. He went out of his way to make our stay a great one. Our room was small but the bathroom was quite large. Breakfast was excellent.

Super friendly management. Clean and comfortable. Parking in property and quiet & not far from Uzes.

Just be careful with softened water from shower as this - along with shower base - can be slippery ( avoid accidents : mat recommended).

Location is out of the town, about a 20 minute walk. The town is a beautiful medieval village. The rooms feel almost like a dorm room, very basic - but comfortable enough!
