Very quiet location even though it is close to a road and the train tracks (it is behind 2 locked gate and a little removed from everything and therefore very quiet). Although on the small side our apartment was newly renovated and very clean with everything you could need. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and efficient and available to give advice and recommendations. We did not use the pool even though it was still open in September. Some guests were using it. We did not have to use the kitchen but it looked very well equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven etc.). I would definitely recommend!

On the small side. Was fine for 2 people, would be tight for more.

Free parking, working AC, small terrace, a kitchen. Good location - supermarket, boulangerie and a seaside are not far away.

A bit old and worn out. There were ants on the railing of the terrace. Receptionist tried to put some poison for them, but it was ineffective. Still, they stayed on the railing and didn't try to come either on the terrace floor or in the room. No hair dryer, only one small shampoo and douch gel for 4 people for 3 days. No cleaning for 3 days ( but I guess it was written). There were no mugs in the room, but we got them when we asked:-) Terrible (extremely high!) pillows - you feel like sitting all the night. Too little space at the entrance.

Quiet place and nice looking residence, with a newly nicely renovated apartment. High standard and well equipped. Balcony with view to the pool and garden. We had a pleasant stay using both the pool and the tennis court a lot. Safe area with parking right outside the entrance. Elevator as well as stairs. The host is very friendly and super helpful, and he was taking very good care of the guests. Short walk for grocery shopping, and close to public beach.

Quiet, secure ( behind two secure gates) clean, friendly & extremely well equipped. Attentive but not intrusive host. Excellent AC. Nice pool. Local area very safe, beach fantastic and about seven mins walk. Nearby has SuperU supermarket with fab goodies. Other lovely bakery, souvenir & beach wear store, bar, McDonalds for the little ones. Great bus from airport (82. From outside terminal 2.€9.46 each way and one an hour. Takes circa 45 mins to apartment). Nearby train to Nice and Cannes etc as well as buses. Lovely gardens, and not far from a pharmacy etc as well as the Marina with more expensive dining. Wonderful walks & shops like Paul Smith stockists further along the Port. Enjoy !!

Having to come home 🥲

This is a former hotel which became apartment building at one point, and is now being transformed back into an aparthotel. 50% aparthotel, 50% residential condos. Each unit is different. Our unit was beautifully renovated this summer, hence brand new. Very comfortable beds including the pull out sofa bed which had a hotel grade mattress. Kitchen fully equipped. Good A/C. Nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. 15 min walk to the beach. Very friendly property manager.

There was a bit of musty smell from the bathroom plumbing but the A/C helped keep the smell away.

Really nice room, actually a small apartment, including a decent kitchen. Location was superb also very secure with two gates. Fee parking also. Really quiet as well. There's a pool which was still open late September. Recommended for a short or long stay. Shop is about 5 minutes away by car, train station about 20 minutes on foot. Great location to explore the area,

I was on a work trip to Cannes and Eden Azur was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, great staff and only 15 minutes from the Palais by taxi (which were easy to get on Uber). I would definitely recommend.

Location walking distance to the beach, gated building and tranquil location. Tennis court, cute little garden and use of swimming pool.

Apartment would be more suited for a family size of three and not four. Bunk beds not that comfortable for teenagers. Sofa bed for adults was comfortable for a short stay.

Newly renovated apartment, fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. Good location far enough from a busy street not to hear the traffic, walking distance to the beach.
