The location was superb. Parking was assigned. Automatic gates to get in and out of property. It is quiet and u can enjoy ur bonding moments. The pool was not always filled so there is space for to use. We use it at night as long as it is more quiet. The room. Is complete with cooker and dishwasher and they provide the tablets, just need a washing machine and it's complete. But who has the time to wash when u get to enjoy everyday the nearby beach about 7-10mins walk ,there is a shortcut. Along the beach is a nice promniade with an array of restaurants to enjoy. The beach is nice sandy and shallow as long as you stay close. The area is just 25mins drive to Cannes in 30miles/hr speed. There are groceries but a little bit expensive if u have a time to drive to Lidl is cheaper but about 15mins drive. I dunno when they clean property but we stayed for a week but no cleaners not that we need as we kept the room tidy all the time and we just paid €2/towel for extra as we need to have a change due to constant use in beach but if u stay longer I think it's free. The reception guy is very accommodating he allowed us to checkin 3 hours before as unit available, just ask. He gave us tips where to go too. There is a nearby boulangerie u can enjoy morning coffee and a croissants. Overall it's a great stay. Thanks

The bunk beds along the corridor but we didn't use it. Instead we took all the mattress off it and place it on the floor beside the sofa beds so we all can enjoy the better air-conditioning. TV was no use as no channels saved but it might not be used much anyway so if u like watching telly.make sure u bought ur own laptop to view movies or netflix

The place is close to the beach ( 8 minutes walking with a kid), there is a supermarket and a boulangerie near ( 6 minutes walking). The personal was very nice and helpful, they gave us tips and tricks that really helped us. The apartment was not big, we had a living area with a couch and a open kitchen and there was a bunk bed that was pretty much in the hallway but it didn't bother us. We cooked almost every lunch there and you have all you need for basic food cooking. I liked the fact that it was very quiet, my son loved the pool that was very clean. Overall I highly recommend this facility :)

The cleaning could have been more often, we stayed for 10 nights and got one cleaning. There were some brooms but couldn't use it since they were so old didn't worked anymore.

Eden Azur was the perfect blend of a full-service apartment and hotel-style hospitality. The space was impeccably clean, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and made our stay incredibly easy and comfortable. The pool was absolutely fantastic, clean, relaxing and a highlight of our time there. A special shoutout to Jordan, who was in contact with us throughout the entire stay. He anticipated our needs, responded quickly and ensured everything ran smoothly. The hospitality was truly 10 out of 10, warm, attentive and professional !! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!!!!

Very helpful, kind and polite stuff. (We called them at 11am if we could check in earlier as we arrived to Antibes already at 11am. They even arranged for us to check in already at 12pm instead of 16pm. Also we could stay in the apartment till late afternoon instead of the official 10am check out time. Both for free.) Very good location: quiet and nice area, less then 10 minutes walk to the beaches, to big supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, etc., Bus stops nearby (among others direct bus to Antibes, Cannes, Nice airport) Private parking. Very nice apartment: clean, spacious, well equipped. The apartment we stayed in had a very nice big terrass too. Very nice pool also, with warm water (opened all day till 9pm). We loved our time in Eden Azur. Big thanks for the apartmant hotel's stuff. HIghly reccomended.

I liked everything , specially the location from hotel to the beach it’s 5 min by feet . The swimming pool it’s not too big but it’s well enough for everyone who is there . Very good place even for kids . It’s not luxurious the place but it’s very cozy and comfort . Would like to tell you about Jordan , he is in reception . Very kind and helpful if you need something. He made our trip to Nice very easy with giving indications where to go , what to see or where to park the car . The hotel is good also for his private parking . Will come back for sure !

They don’t have any gel or shampoo in the rooms , but it’s not that big problem , the shops there are too close so you can get from there .

Very quiet location even though it is close to a road and the train tracks (it is behind 2 locked gate and a little removed from everything and therefore very quiet). Although on the small side our apartment was newly renovated and very clean with everything you could need. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and efficient and available to give advice and recommendations. We did not use the pool even though it was still open in September. Some guests were using it. We did not have to use the kitchen but it looked very well equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven etc.). I would definitely recommend!

On the small side. Was fine for 2 people, would be tight for more.

Free parking, working AC, small terrace, a kitchen. Good location - supermarket, boulangerie and a seaside are not far away.

A bit old and worn out. There were ants on the railing of the terrace. Receptionist tried to put some poison for them, but it was ineffective. Still, they stayed on the railing and didn't try to come either on the terrace floor or in the room. No hair dryer, only one small shampoo and douch gel for 4 people for 3 days. No cleaning for 3 days ( but I guess it was written). There were no mugs in the room, but we got them when we asked:-) Terrible (extremely high!) pillows - you feel like sitting all the night. Too little space at the entrance.

The location was perfect: near the supermarket, bakery, close to the beach train station. It is a great alternative if you do not want to stay in a hectic city but more calm as Golf Juan. Everything is within 15 minutes walk and you can take the train to Cannes or Antibes which takes less than 10 minutes, no need to take the car. If you like to tennis and to swim then this is the place to stay! Also the staff are very friendly!

Staff is super welcoming and very polite. The place was very clean had everything we needed for self catering. It has a lovely pool outside again very clean. Shops takeaways supermarkets and the beach walking distance everything is close. Not far to Cannes and Niece. We really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

Quiet place and nice looking residence, with a newly nicely renovated apartment. High standard and well equipped. Balcony with view to the pool and garden. We had a pleasant stay using both the pool and the tennis court a lot. Safe area with parking right outside the entrance. Elevator as well as stairs. The host is very friendly and super helpful, and he was taking very good care of the guests. Short walk for grocery shopping, and close to public beach.
